As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a tall handsome looking guy named aian, he gave me amazing food and plated it beautifully, so generous I tipped him and him and his big heart donated it to charity instead. Never in my 30 years of getting fast food from panda I had customer service like aian provided.

Pros: We consistently receive free food from this location.
Cons: In the year that we have lived in West Salem coming here they have literally never gotten our order right. They consistently make us wait while they “cook our food” just to give us the wrong order.
In summary if you don’t mind eating whatever they’re mindlessly going to give you, it’ll probably be twice the food for half the cost.
We waited 10 minutes before anyone even looked at us. They all pretended to be busy with other orders but there was only us and 1 guy behind us. I finally got there attention and was waited on. But the manager hid behind a wall until we left. Pathetic!

I drove out to West Salem for Panda and got home just now to find that BOTH my bigger plates chow mein noodles were 95% veggies. There are hardly any noodles in either plates.

Best Panda EVER!! These guys were SO nice and SO patient. We showed up three families with 8 kids and they were so kind from start to finish. Beto and Blanca specifically showed us amazing kindness. These guys are the best!!

The food is never made to the highest quality and the people are rude. I never want to go here ever again the food was terrible. One time the orange chicken still had uncooked batter on it, another time the honey walnut shrimp was made so bad I stopped trying it because I hadn’t had it in a long time. I gave this place multiple chances and none of it was worth it.
