Just picked up my order from through the drive through, ordered at 9:08pm and was asked if a 3 min wait for the shrimp was OK and of course I was fine with waiting for 3 min, I didn't get my order until 9:26pm well over 3min I had to call and ask where it was since I had 2 kids in the car and that was awkward enough but now I drove all the way home and realized I'm missing part of my order. It's too far to go back at this point. I'm super disappointed in the lack of quality control considering there was at least 6 staff members I could see through the windows. An update of some sort would have been nice but I'm more upset I ordered enough food to split between my kids and I but now it's just the kids eating tonight :( I might be weary of ordering from this location if you don't double check your orders before you leave like I did

This Panda Express store on 505 Taggart Drive Northwest, Salem, OR 97304, has a rude guy called Daniel. Poor customer service handling. Thank God a colleague took over and offered quality and professional service. Happened today at 8.15PM.

I went through the drive through at about 6pm last night . The 2 guys at the window were nice but once I drove the 45 min home I opened it up and realized my bowl had barely anything in it. It wasn’t even halfway full and there was barely any honey sesame chicken in it.
