I haven’t had Panera in such a long time now I wonder why my food was cold and my sandwich was not that great they didn’t give me any utensils or napkins and it was slow no one was in line and I had to wait for my baguette bread they forgot it in my bag onion soup over all was okay but the steak sandwich I don’t recommend

I ordered the group portion of the tomato soup. It’s my favorite. The grocery store was all out for of the Safeway Signature Select Tomato Bisque soup as well as the Panera brand tomato soup which are my favorite. I ordered the group portion instead from Panera. The web site said it serves 4 so I assumed it would be plenty because we area family of three. When they delivered I knew I had been scammed. It was barely enough to feed 2 let alone 4. I went hungry tonight so the kids could eat. Very disappointed. And feel r $24 to boot. Definitely need t worth it!

Soooooo expensive for what is served. Especially considering you ordered a counter and then pick up your own food and clean up your own food yourself. $9 for half a sandwich with 1 piece of cheese, 1/4c of meat and mayo? I feel taken

I recently joined the Panera sip club and I love it! But the service at the commercial location is very lacking I've been in the store 3 days in a row the bathrooms are dirty they're out of toilet paper. The Lancaster location however is very clean and efficient. I love Panera and I will continue the sip club but I will do it at the Lancaster location.

I’ve been getting their chicken walnut sandwich and it’s sooooo good! Also brought my boys home a cookie and they loved it. I’m never disappointed. The price is a bit high but the quality makes up for it.

Workers are absolutely incoherent and untrained. My boyfriend and I just came with a list of what we wanted at 8:30 so we wouldn’t make the staff wait and they could get the order done in time for close, it is annoying but I too work in food service, it’s how it works! They would not listen, it took 5 people to tell one girl what to do, they had us pull up to the window and still were confused. I understand they were closing late but considering I work in the food industry and it’s summer it is not the customers fault if you don’t keep the food hot until the last five minutes until close! As I said before we had a list from THE MENU OF PANERA and THE WORKERS WERE CONFUSED. Here are some tips for the workers at Panera since you all need them: 1) learn your menu
2) learn better costumer service skills
3) find a job you may thrive in because you suck at slingin Mac n cheese to teenagers.
Last but not least this one is specifically for the manager: ORDER STRAWBERRY PURÉE, I work in a Chinese restaurant and you would never dare see us run out of our syrups. 🤣🤣

Just wanted a plain bagel, but apparently they don't make them or stock them here. My first and last Panera experience

Haven’t been in many years until today, and can’t say I’ll ever return. Grilled cheese was very soggy, no crispness at all. Literally tasted like microwaved bread and cheese for $9. Cup of soup is also $9? Basically almost $20 for soggy bread and mediocre soup. No thanks.

Great food. Service could use some work, especially since they ask for tips at checkout.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened. It has drastically gone down hill with the service and food. To spend $38 dollars on two pick 2 is insane when the food comes out thrown together like a toddler made it, and continuously getting smaller portions. I do not recommend this place to anyone and my family is so disappointed with what they have come to. Shame on the owner and employees!
