I’m getting used to the fact, that NO ONE checks outgoing orders at this Panera. Latest example is a SW ranch salad that was 90% iceberg lettuce. Practically no chicken, corn or tortilla strips. Essentially a lettuce & tomato salad. Meanwhile my wife’s Fuji salad was great. Same with meat sandwiches that I order with double meat. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not. This location is pretty hopeless, but I’d just resort to in restaurant pickup- so I can half my order mess-ups corrected. BEWARE!

SLOW…. 15 minutes in drive thru
Good food and friendly staff. It can take awhile to get items in the drive thru so make sure you give yourself enough time.

New to the area and chose this Panera purely because it was the highest reviewed out of the few in town; I was not disappointed.
I did not order food, and that has continuously been a sore-spot at Panera for me, so I cannot speak to that.
What I can speak to is the kind and quick service of the staff here. I am not sure if the lady with glasses and spiked up hair is the manager, but she sure seems to be. Juggling drive-through ordering while prepping food and STILL getting me my unlimited sip club cup quicker than any Panera I have visited in this country makes her top-tier. I waited less than five seconds for it despite visiting during a lunch rush.
The dining space is exceptionally clean, all of the ordering tablets actually work, and the bathroom follows suit. I saw employees scan for things to pick up, too, which isn't always the case at Panera.
Aside from the things they can control, this location also has one of the best layouts in the chain. There are dim and cozy nooks with booths, comfortable lounge chairs, and wide open spaces with large windows. It's nice to have several pockets of atmospheres in one space, and I imagine it's a warm space during the evening.
Nice!

I ordered a Veggie Mediterranean sandwich and realized I was chewing on something very hard. When I spit it out it appeared to be wood. Very upset about having contaminates in my food.

I went here specifically for bread and online it says it’s 3.89 but in person they charge 4.99 and refused to make it right. Don’t waste your time with these people

I ordered a chicken bacon rancher sandwich and it was all around fresh, hot and delicious. The bread was soft on the inside with a nice toast on the edges.

We have had so many bad experiences ordering from this Lancaster location. My co worker got lunch the other day and they put no meat on a chicken sandwich. She was given a $20 coupon for the mistake. Our office ordered lunch yesterday and used her coupon and paid the $30 the coupon didn’t cover and the gave me the wrong sandwich. They have lost my business.
