I been trying food here for more than 6 months and i have complained about the microphone issue on the drive thru multiple times, havent fixed it yet. I have to speak very loud for them to understand to take the order which hurts my throat very bad. And the wait time for drive thru is another story. I am not coming here again.

Save yourself some time and frustration by skipping this location.

I had been in the drive thru before and it was slow, but when I pulled in today the drive thru was empty. I ordered my sandwich (just one) and two drinks.

I paid and got my drinks, but didn’t get my sandwich for more than 15 minutes after paying. I had to wave down someone to ask how much longer it would be at about 10 minutes, and was told they got a large drive thru pick up order so mine would be next. Not sure how that makes sense because I was already there waiting and I had 1 sandwich but whatever.

The time you wait here just is not worth it for the quality of food and the price they charge.

This happened just over a month ago or so but it clearly is still aggravating me and needs to be noted for the public’s sake:

I had a DoorDash to pick up for Panera Bread. It was a simple two teas and a cookie. It was also a DoubleDash (meaning I just had to go to Panera Bread and then a separate store for a different person’s food). I waited for two teas and a cookie for over half an hour. First I sat for 10 minutes at their ā€œDelivery Pick Upā€ spot which you think they would utilize considering it says ā€œDelivery Pick Upā€ and the DoorDash app says to pick up the order from there. When I realized they weren’t putting it up there and it was taking too long for, again, 2 easy teas and a cookie, I went up to the counter. I stood up at the counter for no less than 25 minutes waiting for service. People walked past and handed out orders right in front of me, but REFUSED to speak to me or ask if I needed help. I saw the two teas and the cookie sitting slightly behind the counter clearly waiting to be handed out. In the end I decided to just reach over the counter and grab the teas and cookie myself since they were clearly helpless. I had even been holding my phone facing OUTWARD so they could see that I was a Dasher in need of assistance. Plenty of people back there and, as a manager in food service, just completely absurd. The cup holder they put the cups in too ended up being broken and the person I was delivering to was at their job so they probably didn’t even end up having time to eat. Customer service should not be that hard.

Also, just a note, when I dropped it off a nice man helped me handle carrying the stuff because the cup holder had broken and he said that he knows the manager at the Keizer Station location and that they would not let this fly at all.

Overall it was such a waste of time for only $4, but I stayed and powered through because I ACTUALLY know how to do my job.

I've been to Panera bread before but I just joined the sip club. What a great deal! The whole process is so easy you can sign in on the app or write inside of the kiosk order your drink and then go pick it up at the window. It's amazing! It's worth every penny! Definitely love the sip club.

We ordered food for delivery. Delivery never showed up. The store offered to refund us which would take 3 days. When stated that wasn't an appropriate resolution, she threatened to hang up and refused to serve us. If she worked as a manager for one of my stores, I'd fire her immediately.

My car stalled in the drive thru this afternoon and I want to say thank you to the super kind employees to helped me move my car. It was a super embarrassing moment for me and their kindness really made the whole situation less stressful.
I often visit this location and the employees are always incredibly kind. Thank you!

Panera is reliable for any college student who needs to eat and do homework. Also, the service at Panera has always been amazing! The value deals are often forgotten about, and they are great for healthy and affordable options. Also, the sip club is unmatched for unlimited drinks!

This one has a nicer, more modern feel than the other one in town. I prefer it even though the other one has higher ratings for some reason.

The soups and salads are good although they are often out of lettuce and today they were out of chicken. Those are basic ingredients for much of their menu so this really is a management problem.

The baked goods and pastries are not very good.

They forget things in your order a lot.

I don’t know what happened but this Panera always messes up my orders , I never have heard of a good expirience here. It’s fancy but the manager is a slob get better workers this is ridiculous. They used to have good workers before and now it’s new kids, feels like a daycare making your food. Panera is pricey and I’d love it if your health were at standards and enforced & stop forgetting things in our orders. Don’t even try going to the drive thru they take forever & always running out of stuff.
