Very discouraged to return or try a different location. This is the 2nd time in a three weeks time that I've had a bad experience with the quality of the food. Very dry, barely any sauce . I ordered 1 with tomatoe sauce and 1 with Alfredo and both came out dry. Ingredients were minimal as if they scraped the bottom of the bucket to get the last of it on the pizza. Definitely did not uphold the Standard of Better Ingredients Better Pizza.... very unfortunate to work so hard for my money to go to waste hoping for a delicious pizza to only get cardboard tasting pizza. Money thrown out the window huh..... gotta love it. Truly disheartening when my kids each put their slice down after the second (forced) bite as I pleaded with them to "take another bite, it can't possibly be that bad!" , until I took my bite.

i've ordered from here tons but recently i've been seeing in local salem threads that the manager of this store doesn't wash her hands! a former employee states she only uses hand sanitizer, and a customer states that he saw her sneeze into her hands, wipe them on her pants, and then keep cooking. i was genuinely revolted reading this. i only order delivery so i had no idea what was happening in the restaurant. i work at another local pizza place and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. i will be reporting this place to the health inspector and hoping things change, bc those garlic knots are delicious but not worth eating someone else's snot over.
Walked in someone instantly helped me and my food was all ready to go. It was a easy and fast pick-up.
