i stopped at one papa murphys to redeem a birthday free pizza offer and they said I couldnt so I drove 20 minutes to another papa murphys and they said the previous papa murphys already redeemed it so I couldn't use my birthday coupon.

Got the gluten free crust for the first time and it was amazing. Often gluten free tastes like cardboard but this one is great. Quintin said we would love it and he was right. He also did an awesome job making the pizza. All toppings were spread evenly around the pizza.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is awesome!

My family and I have eaten here often until recently. We ordered our usual pizza and salad. That night, my son got sick, and I thought it was just him cause he is prone to upset tummy. An hour later, my other so. Was throwing up, and within dour hours, our entire family of 6 was laid out by food poisoning. When we called to let the manager know, they dismissed it and offered up nothing more than a free salad with our next purchase. I mean, who doesn't want a second helping of food poisoning, right? Needless to say, we will NOT be going back.

Worst customer service. Ordered for a pick up and our pizza wasn't ready. The price they charged us was more than we were quoted on the phone. My husband took their survey and got a call from the regional manager and was very rude to him. We will definitely not be coming back.
