Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We ordered pizza tonight from Papa Murphy's. I ordered 2 mini murph's for my kids. One of them was missing. We called to the store check to see what can be done. The person on the line took our information and said we would get a call in the morning. We wanted our pizza for tonight for our kids, not a call in the morning. We tried asking if the pizza was there and the person on the other end of the line just kept saying we would get a call in the morning. He then HUNG UP on my husband. My husband called back and the worker picked up the phone and immediately HUNG UP again- this happened twice. So we called from my phone and he hung up on us again! All we wanted to know was if our mini murph was there. We won't be ordering again unless this is made right and we will be sure to let all our friends and family know of this situation that happened to us. How very rude and unprofessional- we just wanted to know if our pizza was made and still at the store.

My husband and I have a getting our pizza here for many year’s and have never been disappointed. Friendly service and always quick. They even remember my husband doesn’t like olives! I recommend this Papa Murphy’s franchise. Thanks for the great service!

I love their pizzas but am still waiting on a refund from an order that was incorrect

I always use the app to place our order. Typically, I am placing an order to be picked up later in the day. The app is very easy to navigate and place an order. Our order is always correct and ready for us when we arrive. Additionally, we know we can rely on the consistent quality of the food. This is not really an eat in restaurant. Therefore, I gave only three stars for Atmosphere.

I’m not sure who but the staff members at the south Salem location were so kind to me and my family on Sunday 12/7/25 at 5:45 pm. I admitted my younger brother had been diagnosed with a serve illness and they helped make sure his order was right. Amazing people who made mine and his day.

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough great things about Lacey at the Wasilla Alaska Papa Murphy's Pizza!! She went well above and beyond for my family yesterday! We frequent both the Wasilla Alaska and Palmer Alaska locations & each time we have a good experience. Yesterday we had an extra great experience! Thanks to all the Papa Murphy employees- and especially sweet Lacey!!!

I use to love this place Tonight we ordered a family Hawaiian pizza and it literally only had 10 pieces of Canadian bacon on the entire pizza. Some of the pieces cut did not even have any Canadian bacon on them. What a shame and what a rip off! If you don’t want to add any toppings to your pizza then don’t offer any toppings! Or at this point just shut the place down! When you order a pizza that has toppings then that is what you expect to get. Not some where is not even enough to get it on every slice you cut. Ridiculous!! Monroe, Wa.

I ordered the wrong pizza, and they remade it for me with 0 extra charge. I offered to pay, but they remade it for me anyway. So kind and professional. I love this place.
