I drove down from Portland to take my friend to the airport. I'd been running around all day, nothing to eat. Didn't want Macdonalds. Found Pasta Boss by chance. I was hungry!! Great place! It's like Five Guys burgers, only with pasta. Any combo you want , reasonable price, and delicious!! I enjoyed every bite. Wish you were up in Portland. I'd go there all the time. The food was so good!! I will be stopping there when I go to Salem in the future. Yummmmm!

Coming from Canada where we dont have this sort of restaurant chain service it was a breath of fresh air. The food was great, the employees and owner were so welcoming and high-spirited. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back on our next trip!

The buffalo chicken mac and cheese was incredibly bland. I only took a few bites. Mom’s spaghetti and meat sauce, was also bland and now she has a tummy ache. She says 1/5 stars. I would have to agree. She left a 20% tip, because the service was great. However the food was not good. I would not recommend.

First time trying Pasta Boss today and it was so good! The pasta and sauce are freshly made, and I got a big portion for a great value. The Alfredo sauce is especially good. I also love the wide variety of toppings. Each pasta dish also comes with garlic toast, which was very tasty. The only piece constructive criticism I have is that they were out of quite a few toppings, but it was no big deal as there were still lots to choose from. Overall this is a great spot to have in Salem and I will for sure be returning!
I love the idea of this place! You get to pick your type of pasta as well as sauces and toppings. I ordered Macaroni with pesto, which they had to make on the spot. I added chicken and a variety of toppings. I did receive 2 pieces of undercooked chicken which was a huge turn off but I was almost done with the dish by the time I noticed. Some of the toppings they offer were not prepared, which I understand for the sake of freshness but was kinda awkward standing there while they run around trying to make your request on the spot. Overall, I will give it another try and it was great with my kids!

Don’t know how they got 4.6 rating at the time I was there. They were out of everything I wanted, no shrimps, no mushrooms, no bacon, no mozzarella cheese, and I got the bottom of the Alfredo sauce. I saw flies flying around. I was extremely hungry and couldn’t think straight. We waited for a long time for crappy food. We should have walked away!
