I can not hype this place up enough! I have literally been all times of the day; first thing when they opened, mid-afternoon and right before closing. All of the ingredients were super fresh! The cut leafy veggies were fresh and crisp. (Not withered and brown like some places that cut them way in advance.) You build your own pasta dish (pasta, sauce(s), toppings, and seasonings) and pay one price, no matter the amount of toppings or extras. They have over 30 toppings to choose from including meats, cheeses, veggies, and more, even Cheez-Its and Hot Cheetos.If they can close the lid, it's a go! My pasta was loaded to the top. They had to squish it down to make it close. They are very, very generous with the portions. The first time I got the The Boss size and I literally got 3 meals out of it. The next time I got The Supervisor size and got 2 meals out of it.If you aren't sure what to get, they have some Boss Favs selections you can choose from or customize. Every bowl comes with a piece of fresh garlic toast.Thier pasta is made fresh in house every day. Their meatballs are amazing and I'm not even a fan of meatballs. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and patient. I highly recommend them! I wish I would have found Pasta Boss sooner! Such a fun and unique concept with fresh made pasta and any possible topping you could think of! Prices are great especially for the ammt of food you get (don't forget the complimentary garlic Texas toast! Customer service was fantastic, very kind and patient team helped us make all our decisions. We were even lucky enough to have a pasta making lesson! This will be a new favorite for our family. Amazing. We all 3 got fresh pasta for our macs and cheese when we showed up and it was before a rush so the Crew was fun and making jokes. They had a great vibe and created a fun atmosphere. The food was great! Only complaint was that the shrimp was a little dry, but we went late evening, so it's possible it was that. The pork and bacon was a bit more fatty than I'd like, thats a personal preference, though. It's all around a great spot to go. Garlic toast was awesome too, easy to please me there though. I see the potential to become something like a MOD’s pizza, Chipotle, or similar. It’s very affordable. However the quality could have been better.My husband’s shrimp could have used more flavor. The Italian sausage was tough and cold. The marinara sauce was warm but very thick and clumpy. It was also sweet and I prefer savory. (Personally!) The garlic bread was freshly made and it was my favorite of the meal.As a customer it would be nice to feel as though the employees have it all under control. In our short interaction with the employees, our cashier cashed us out and then proceeded to make our garlic bread, while also handing a Dasher a food order. I could also see into the kitchen and could see the messiness running of the restaurant. Groceries on the table and packaging in the trash. I heard them say “we will make more” and “we will grab more” multiple times.I could just tell it was going to be a little rough. And it was. Not bad! But not great.

The service was as quick as they could do, considering you pick your own toppings They could upgrade the decor, it is very basic. I will go back again sometime.
