This place has completely gone downhill from the food to the customer service. The management staff is horrible and lacking common sense and customer satisfaction. . Our order was wrong and food was cold and to top it off the manager Sal was completely clueess and shouldn't be in a manager position if she cannot properly handle a customer complaint. Her lack of empathy and resolution and acknowledgment of the mistake that they had made was noted. Not the first time that this has happened to us here and I will not waste my money on crappy food and service! Do yourself a favor save your money and go somewhere else. There's way better pizza places out there!

Great place to stop for food and fun, we enjoy finding new pizza places. My wife remembers Pietro's from her childhood. It was nice having the salad bar option and not just pizza. We had a great time and our son enjoyed the games.

Have always loved this place..with our kids & now they are grown..Id always had great pizza here & finally tried the salad bar which was excellent ..even an hour before closing..Also tried lasagna & spaghetti ..so good..will always come here even from afar like we do ..this place won't disappoint ..young or old!!

This place was so much fun. My inner child came out when playing all the fun games they had in their arcade . You win tickets for prizes or candy. Gave ours away to a child that wasn't winning much . Pizza was awesome , rootbeer float was perfect . Salad bar was small but , yummy . Employees were nice and friendly so were the folks getting pizza from Salem area Perfect ending to busy day with a very long drive . Wish there was still a pietro's here in cowlitz county . Yummy .

Pizza is OK, not the best, but good enough if you haven't eaten all day, as for the salad bar could use some improvements and at least be all you can eat not one visit only.
They had really great food. They have lazer tag and mini golf inside and very affordable and well priced.

My daughter and I like to go here for lunch dates they send out coupons regularly where two people can eat for $15 it's a pretty good deal especially with today's prices it's one of our favorite places to go... You can get pizza salad bar soup spaghetti hoagie sandwiches they have a pretty good selection.
