We ordered at 7:30 and didn’t get our food till 9:10. Then after we complained we were given attitude and told lies, the woman at the counter told us it would be 15-20 minutes 3 separate times. Then after we asked for a manager the manger then lied to us about the time we ordered. Would not recommend going here unless you order ahead.

This was a great experience! I took a friend of mine and her daughter for a night out. We had a great pizza, the service was very awesome and very friendly! Great atmosphere and just had a blast! Only small complaint is that a lot of the machines in the arcade were either in disrepair or just outright broken but overall it was a minor thing. We'll definitely be back!

Booked a party for the first time here, didn't know prices for the package I chose, nor was it posted anywhere online. Was supposed to receive a phone call to go over things, but I never got one. Arrived for my party and the young lady who helped me knew no one had called and still didn't go prices for my package. I knew already it was gonna cost me money to have a here, so it really wasn't a problem. Ice cream was included for my party... great. Was given cups for it, swore they said some one would come to the table. No. Waited 30 minutes to find out it was self-serve..... Some communication on what to expect would've helped me out so much, considering it was my first time booking a party here

It was a good experience besides when we went to play games with the kids. A majority of the games were broken and some didn't have signs so we wasted some of our coins on broken unmarked machines. And the pinball game only had 1 flipper working. Besides that the pizza is always great way better and different recipe then the rest of Pietros still around. The pizza prices are a bit much even with a coupon. We paid 76$ and got 2 pizza and a pitcher of water which we got charged for those cups then got another pitcher of soda and was charged for cups too. A bit confusing when you talk to the cashier If it wasn't for games being down and the confusion, it would have been a great experience. Fix your games and offer better pizza prices.

Pietro’s is always good! A bit pricy, but the food never disappoints! And this Pietro’s is Very Kid and Family friendly! Lots of games to play! Plus Laser Tag!! We came for a big family reunion.. all the kids had a Fabulous time and some of the adults got in on the action playing Laser Tag! This is our extended families second year in a row coming to this Pietro’s for our once a year get together!Fun Times! Good Food! Lasting memories made! :)
