She was genuinely awful to interact with. After we reported a quality error (our food didn’t look right) she was instantly dismissive. Even while ordering, she was snarky when asked basic ingredient questions.
I’ve worked in food service before and had my days but GAHDAMN was this girl a terror. Please respond with how you intend to mitigate this situation.

Staff closed store 45 minutes prior to closing and keeps the open sign on and door unlocked? I just walked in at 7:15, close at 8, and the guy said he already closed the register

Tried to order a gyro and chicken pita sandwich. Didn’t understand that I wanted two sandwiches until I only got rung up for one. Asked for no olives and they said that it’s build your own. It is not. The other employee made a chicken pita and gyro, then disappeared into the back with the chicken sandwich they made for their own lunch. The other employee said “here’s your gyro”. “What about the chicken sandwich?”. They hadn’t started making it. Had olives in my gyro. Then a third employee had their order made before mine. Still waiting, for my now cold gyro 20 minutes later. Oh and he just ate a piece of chicken off the grill that was supposed to go in the sandwich! I thought it was one of those hidden camera shows.

Casey went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions, and even checked if I wanted to match modifications across items while making them. Casey provided extremely welcoming service and great food
New owner is great and takes time to learn names of customers. Food quality and atmosphere have remained relatively the same and I can't complain about that. I've only had interactions with the owner and the colorful haired lady and they've all been all been wonderful.

Guy with the stye on his eye, orange hair and freckles on 7/27/25 @ 12:30 PM ignores DoorDash orders and continues to take people's orders as they are walking in instead of starting the DoorDash orders and caused it to be late. I told him that the DoorDash order was supposed to be done at 12:30 PM and I waited until 12:40 PM and he still didn't have it done and he continued to take walk-in orders anyway. Customers who order food on DoorDash have already paid for their food beforehand and expect it to arrive by a certain time, its ridiculous that he is causing these orders to be late and having my DoorDash ticket just sit there. This has happened 3 different times with the same male employee, he always works by himself.
