New owner is great and takes time to learn names of customers. Food quality and atmosphere have remained relatively the same and I can't complain about that. I've only had interactions with the owner and the colorful haired lady and they've all been all been wonderful.

Guy with the stye on his eye, orange hair and freckles on 7/27/25 @ 12:30 PM ignores DoorDash orders and continues to take people's orders as they are walking in instead of starting the DoorDash orders and caused it to be late. I told him that the DoorDash order was supposed to be done at 12:30 PM and I waited until 12:40 PM and he still didn't have it done and he continued to take walk-in orders anyway. Customers who order food on DoorDash have already paid for their food beforehand and expect it to arrive by a certain time, its ridiculous that he is causing these orders to be late and having my DoorDash ticket just sit there. This has happened 3 different times with the same male employee, he always works by himself.

In the early morning I went to get a gyro, I took it with me to eat for breakfast. When I took a bite it was the saltiest gyro of my life. It dried out my tongue and left me needing water after one bite. I couldn't finish it as it was far too salty.

Every single ingredient was prepped upwards of 2 weeks ago. Yellow lettuce, dry discolored meat. Cannot eat. Genuinely worried about the 2 bites I had. One initial bite to try it. And a second bite to confirm that it was indeed not food, and instead some kind of digestible food-based substitute akin to day old McDonalds. Unless you're doing a biology experiment and need some good samples, do not go here!
I go here often and regularly see the same employees, who are very polite and respectful. The food is always good. Feels fresh unlike most places. I did order a pita and part way through the start of making it they realized and told me about it. I told them it was ok and they were very polite and apologetic about it. It was a good pita, but I'm going back to get the one I wanted right now. Lol.

Second bad experience in a row coming to this location. It was clear that employee working alone was not adequately trained and also was more focused on the show playing on the TV, stopping in the middle of cooking the food to turn it up louder so he could hear. Will be hesitant to come back..

Staff members are as friendly as any other place. And the food they do have is fine.
But this particular location is consistently short one to three ingredients whenever I order something. It's happened about five times over the past year.
I'd go there more often if they could properly keep their food supplies in stock.

VERY DIRTY LOCATION, very incompetent employee, ordered food, got to making it an out of most meat, very dirty vegetable area, cross contamination of employee with uncooked meat and veggie area.
