The worst experience i have ever had with food in my life. To say I am over reacting would be blatantly wrong. I am not able to fully express just the magnitude of disappointment and resentment for the workers there. I felt disrespect as soon as i walked in the door and one of the workers giggled while looking at my sister who is a little overweight, i then asked them why they were laughing and they couldn’t answer but would continuously would take glances at my sister and then look back at each other.
The staff is beyond rude here and i walked out after that happened. Disgusting customer service and I would recommend NOT going here. For anyone reading this dominoes is ten times better and across the street, save yourself some time and lack of b.s and just go there.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. The experience I had here was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. Several employees made rude and offensive comments about my appearance, including remarks about how “ghetto” I looked. As a Black woman, I was humiliated, isolated, and shocked that a place I have supported for years could allow such disrespectful and discriminatory behavior.
To make matters worse, the condition of the restaurant was appalling. The floor tiles were filthy and cracked, the equipment in the back appeared rusty and neglected, and I even noticed a few dead cockroaches around the place. It genuinely looked like this place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years.
When I finally received my pizza, it was undercooked, greasy, and had an awful smell, almost like spoiled cheese. It’s honestly concerning that this establishment continues to operate and pass inspections under these conditions.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location altogether. If you want decent service, clean facilities, and food that’s safe to eat, you’re much better off ordering from the Pizza Hut on Lancaster Dr NE in Salem.

The younger kids working were fast and efficient despite a slightly older (manager maybe?) guy with shoulder length hair and scruffy facial hair yelling at them and going on about politics. He was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Specifically ordered pizza to not deal with delivery services, who continue to be literally unable to read instructions on how to find my location. It's pretty big. There's a wall around it and I point out explicitly where to go.
But Pizza Hut uses Door Dash. And I have the same problem still.
And again, they can't figure out how to read a receipt with instructions.
I will NEVER order here again. I forgot why I don't get pizza here. I won't again, believe me.

I ordered online thru the app and they delivered thru DoorDash. The pizza must have been shaken in the car on the ride to me or something but when I order on the Pizza Hut app I don’t expect it to be delivered thru DoorDash. :(

This location is terrible! We waited over 20 mins after our online tracker said pizza was ready which is fine. I don’t mind waiting, I know places get busy but when we finally got it the pizza was cold, burnt and not cut. We went back in to talk to them and were ignored. Nobody came to the counter. While waiting for our pizza another upset customer had come in to request his money back due to them getting his order wrong. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The service is usually okay. My issue is the pepperoni, especially this last time. I ordered a large pepperoni a couple days ago. The pepperoni was very dry and curled up at the edges and tasted bad. Really bad. Nobody in my household liked it at all. Shouldn't everything be fresh when making pizza?
