I had two large 5 topping pizzas with extra sauce. next time I need to order triple sauce. it was hot and tasty. It was the first time In years eating at Pizza Hut. it was not greasy and the stuffed crust was unusally delicious.

The staff at this location have always been friendly, helpful and on point. Basic dining room, seating to wait for takeout, a few tables and, notably, a pinball table. The food is honestly decent, the melts are hot and inexpensive and the bread sticks alone are worth it.

I ordered Online two pizzas and some breadsticks and when I got home after picking it up, couldn’t even barely eat the pizza because both of them were hard as a rock and burnt on the edges of the crust. Obviously overcooked. I spoke to Stacy and I appreciate him taking care of this matter in a satisfactory way.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired at this place. The guy at the counter was about as unhelpful as they come. Spoke in a slowww, monotone, idgaf, kinda voice. He had blue colored hair...Just for reference. ( Nothing against colored hair). Pizza was terrible!! That's a first for this place, the food has always been good. I don't live in Salem, so when we're up there we usually stop by as a treat for the kids. I purchased two stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas and two cheesy breadsticks. The breadsticks got eaten but out of the two pizzas only five slices got eaten, the rest went in the trash! Soggy and sloppy... Total waste of money!
Fast & quick. It’s Pizza Hut, what do you want me to say? 4/5 just due to wings being meh. But everything else held it’s Pizza Hut standard.
