Got the wrong order, have a special need child at home. No big deal thing’s happen! The order say’s I payed and ordered it. Your phone system seem’s to be broken when a problem is the option choice. I did pay extra for it so, little upset.

Ordered online and got there on time for pick up. They told us it would be a 5 minute wait time and we understood and we waited. People came in and got with their food ready so we were suspicious about it. More and more people came but none for us (This was just a large pizza with wings). We got frustrated because we had already waited 30 minutes so we had enough and just asked why the order was taking long. Then they said they had the order messed up so they were doing it again. I think they were being prejudice and racist because we were they only ones with color. Don’t recommend this place no matter what. No help and no communication. Sorry for the people ordering here. God bless them.

The service is disgusting. I ordered the pizza and they didn't take the order. I was waiting for the order for 1:30 hrs. Then they left me on hold for 15 minutes while they saw what happened with the order. In the end they hung up on me and dont said at least I'm sorry.

My car club went in today on a last minute pizza lunch decision. There were 17 of us who walked through the door. The manager was very accommodating as we consumed his whole restaurant. Super friendly, fast service, all of the food was right out of the oven hot and fresh. He even came out again to check to be sure nobody's orders got missed. We will most definitely be back soon!

Ordered two pizzas and twelve pieces of traditional bone-in wings.Pizza was great but my twelve piece of wings included two wing tips ( which is not really eatable) and one piece that seems to have feathers on it.Not what I ordered!

I don't have a car so I ALWAYS order delivery. EVERYONE's always pleasant & polite 2 work with!!! The food's ALWAYS HOT when it arrives!!! I haven't met a driver that I didn't like!!!I've tried other pizza ? places but I always come back 2 Pizza ? Hut!!! Both the food & the prices r great!!! ???????Oh my... I'm getting hungry 4 pizza ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!! ?

I normally love Pizza Hut but on my birthday September 13th I ordered the big box with two pizzas and bread with traditional wings and they gave me boneless wings tbh it ruined my birthday I was so disappointed they all went in the trash because we tried it and nope we didn’t like them we like traditional wings and it was a craving and without the traditional wings I just wasn’t satisfied ?

Ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and soda. They said it would be 35 minutes till delivery. It was an hour and a 1/2. By the time we got the stuff, it was ice cold. And it was like cardboard pizza. We tried to eat the bread sticks. And we actually had to use a steak knife to cut it up along with the rest of the pizza. The bread sticks went in the trash. Also, never again, will we order from there?
