The worst service I have ever experienced in a pizza place they took my order online 2 hours later they said it was delivered I called and the lady kept putting me on hold saying no manager was there completely ignored me and my kids were starving for 3 hours don’t give your money to these people there are other pizza places near by

They prioritize delivery over carryout orders. Be prepared to wait much longer than the app says for your food. Fully staffed and still running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Very disappointed!

I ordered a large pepperoni and added sausage to it, thinking I didn’t need to add the pepperoni Again cause that pizza clearly said a large Pepperoni pizza. Yet it only had sausage? Waste of $13 dollars. The pan sized pizza was fine. If the pizza product says Pepperoni pizza the workers should still make sure pepperoni is there and customers shouldn’t have to Pay extra for what is clearly labeled as a Pepperoni pizza. Companies can get sued for false advertising. A large pepperoni pizza, should automatically come with Pepperoni if the title of said pizza is a Large Pepperoni pizza. Bad customer service.

I placed an order online for delivery 2 hours before closing and it took them almost an hour just to prepare it and then I waited an extra 45 mins and they cancelled it 10 mins before they closed. I get it wasn’t the best timing but 2 hours should have been plenty enough for 2 pizzas and some wings. Not the first terrible experience at this location and it really puts a damper on the Pizza Hut franchise. I’ll start taking my business elsewhere and hopefully help a few people before they make a terrible choice. TERRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Very poor customer service. Messed up the toppings on both pizzas I ordered and said they would email me to resolve things and never did. Ridiculous when they charge a couple bucks for each topping, don't include them, then do nothing to make it right.
I won't be coming here again anytime soon. Not when I'm charged for several toppings I don't even get.
Fast paced, and you can tell everyone on staff hustles. Food was hot and delicious.

I ordered a pizza last night with specification for my 4yr old who is on the spectrum and has texture issues, LITE SAUCE must have been read as EXTRA sauce because I've never ever seen so much sauce on a pizza! Disgusting and he would t eat it so, because no one decided to read the instructions I'm out $23 and a wasted pizza, READING IS ESSENTIAL TO YOUR JOB

Sadly I’ve been ordering pizza-hut for years has always been good, until I moved and started ordering from the Lancaster location the pizza is never fully cooked and still doughy. They also will charge a delivery fee without explanation at random

This place wreaks of old oil and is so unbelievably filthy! I couldn't believe how disgusting it looks. Some of the staff came back inside from a smoke break and immediately started making pizza without washing their hands. I was mortified. I can't get over the filth. Everything looks yellow and greasy, and dingy. Never again will I come back to this disgusting place!
