Missing half my order, other half delivered cold. When I try to call no answer. I’ll never order Pizza Hut again and calling corporate tomorrow morning: UPDATE: kids & I ended up getting sick after 45 minutes of eating, called in the morning to complain and get a refund KENNY THE GM was unprofessional and only wanted to refund me for the items I didn’t get and cold food so $48 out of $65.. I flipped out and because I’m tired and sick from throwing and pooping all night while taking care of two sick kids as well, I lost my cool I admit it, I’m not proud but this is ridiculous the one we ate that made us sick we still have to pay for? Amy the other manager straight up called me a liar and that symptoms don’t show up that fast and refused to refund. So here Amy, a medical website that breaks down the time of food poisoning. I called corporate, I’m making a doctors appointment so I have all of this documented. If I have to I’ll sue Amy specifically.

We ordered pasta and breadsticks last night and my husband said the store was extremely dirty when he went in and he hoped we wouldn’t get sick. I got violently ill during the night. Won’t ever eat at Pizza Hut again.

$70 to get mostly bread is crazy, the pizza got stuck on the top of the box and some of the pizzas the cheese was almost non existent. I even paid for extra cheese on one of the pizzas and it was normal cheese. The little Cinnabon mini rolls for 7.99 are a joke. Seems like they are probably just frozen ones they warm up. Very disappointing.

I've been to this location many times now and I always get great food and service. The pizza has always been ready on time (even with delayed orders), it's hot, and delicious. My wife hates onions and they've never once messed up a "no onions" on our Supreme pizza or others. The staff is friendly and funny, they've held the door for me many times when leaving with full hands. I keep going back for all these reasons, along with the great deals on the pizzas, of course :)
