Consistent pricing and service, however, the service runs the spectrum. I dont stop for Pilot unless i am not in a rush. They usually have a shared space with a fast food place, and they have similar staffing challenges. All in all, they have the structure of a great truck stop, now they have to flesh it out.

08-17-23, All I want to say is THANK YOU. I've been road tripping this year and if it wasn't for the Pilot Travel Centers, Flying J's, Maverick's, Sinclar's, Little America's and Love's. I'm sure I missed some. Thank You for the well-lit and clean facilities. Thank You for the nice staff and having items in stock for traveling.

May 19, 2023, we stopped at the Brooks Travel center. It was extremely busy but after waiting we finally got up to a gas pump at Pilot. A new gal comes out and takes our card and tries it but said the pump was not accepting it. She said we needed to go inside to work it out. My husband said we would go up the road to Aurora instead. She gave us back our card but didn't replace the gas cap and cover. As we were leaving we noticed the gas cover sticking out so had to put it right ourselves on the side of the busy highway. We had no issues using our card at the Aurora Pilot stop, for under $30. We received our credit card bill in June and saw a charge of $105.95 at the Brooks station. We disputed the charge with our card bank which was originally credited but in July we were charged again because there is no proof that the charge was in error on their end. Our car takes a maximum fill of $60 when empty. We are now stuck paying for someone else's gas from a pump which should have been canceled with our card error. Moral: Never pull away until you have verified the card is canceled from the pump. We will never use Pilot again after all the calls back and forth with no apologies or credit offered!!

Some dude with a red beard thinks he owns the place he will skip you in line if he doesn't like you beware

I generally like Pilot but this one has definitely gone down hill. Pilot used to keep their prices down or at least competitive but lately they've cranked up their prices. I know that many places are struggling to find workers, but I watched two workers just standing around keeping pumps closed while the lines were 3 or 4 deep. Open the other lanes and help get us back on the road. I ended up getting my gas somewhere else tonight.

A clean gas station?!?! I've been to the dreaded gas station restroom but I've never had a problem at a Pilot's. I don't remember the last time I've been to a Pilots maybe the time I went to a Split Pea Andersen restaurant. I know you read that review. They are one of a few gas stations I prefer using when driving long distances along with a Flying Js or Chevron TA or Loves (not the bakery people) but this Pilot here has a Cinnabon inside. Of course, there's the snacks and quick bites like hotdogs and nachos but let's throw in tee shirts, stuff animals, balloons, some hand held audio recorders, and even a pair of sunglasses. Plus more. Ooh and they still have the gas attendant that by law have to pump your gas. I through the state got rid of them but that's only for diesel. What's the difference? I don't know but it's a state law that's been there since the old model T fords I guess. Overall four stars. It's a one stop shop place for travelers. Not quite five because they had a sale on large bag of chips. But two for $8 and I was charged regular price. Now excuse me, time to hit the road. M

This is pretty much your typical Pilot off any freeway... I had my Good Sam discount, plus used my GasBuddy card, so it was the cheapest gas in the region. Pumps were really busy, and half of them were closed - I'm guessing due to a lack of help. Inside isn't much to shout about - the Cinnabon attendant said that none of the advertised coffees are available, as corporate doesn't give them enough to go around. Otherwise, there isn't anything really special about the place.

I came in tonight after driving for a long time today hoping to shower before going home to the missus. I was told that because of the fact I'm not a professional driver they didn't have room for me. Skip this place

showers are cold and the drains back up and flow out to the floor drain. I've talked to corporate and nothing seams to get fixed

Tim is awesome! My family and I stopped into Pilot for a quick fuel up before heading further North. At the pump, another associate started our transaction. When the pump stopped, Tim was there to finish the process. He was cheerful and very nice! I don't stop here often, but when I do, the associates aren't usually this upbeat and kind. Thank you Tim! You really should be the manager! See you next time I hope!

The staff is very friendly and I continue to go because of the coffee selections at a good price. But the coffee bar is often out of large cups, straws and one of the two creamer dispensers is usually empty. They also never have the breakfast taquito roll things. I think they just need more staffing to keep everything stocked and cleaned but again the staff is friendly and helpful. If not for them I would only have given 2 stars.

Everything is good, accept for the showers, I don't have time to go home, I have 3 jobs to go to, pilot isn't allowing people to take a shower here anymore, only drivers. D*** they're gonna start loosing money, grow up pilot

This place is a joke. Attendants are lazy, pumps cant print receipts and if they run your card once wrong, they won't try again, just inconvenience you by make you go in and pay. What the hell happened to customer service. I am so tired of hearing Covid as an excuse for poor service. Everything is not due to Covid. Somethings are due to poor management and poor training. Try thinking of the customer who pays your wage. Without them, you would have no job!

Great prices on gas. Unfortunately for me and other medically high risk individuals, every one of the attendants was wearing their masks over their mouths but not nose, as if in organized protest of the COVID mask ordinance. Attendant approached my window like this. I was masked but did not comment.

I try to stop off at this pilot all the time it was a good place but with the service that I had received today The guy operating the scale ticket machine is very rude I had to call and report him The lady manager that was in the store was being very rude as well they act like they don't want any drivers to bother them at all we as truck drivers if you think about we keep using this place keeping them employed how would they like to lose their job if no one got any food or gas or diesel or def or a scale ticket that would put them on the unemployment line The way I've been treated I feel they don't respect drivers for everyone else that loves that place and sucks up to them that's on you I'm sure you've been treated like this somewhere in your lifetime
