Food tasted old. Wasn't hot. I went at noon. Only thing decent was the biscuit and the apple pie, but still barely warm. Coke was flat. If they had given me the receipt, I would have complained on the website. I get it, it's just fast food. But the Popeyes on Lancaster always serves hot, fresh food.

Even though the food was great, the service certainly wasn’t. The cashier was extremely rude and impatient. The floors were dirty, with lots of food crumbs that were almost rotting. Despite this, the smell was actually appetizing.
