Food was great. Portions were just okay. A three piece chicken tender costs a heck of a lot for the variable but generally small size of each piece. Unlike other restaurants, they make no consideration for piece size when serving meals and if you get a small and crunchy piece of batter with little to no chicken inside you just lost the Popeye's lottery.

Staff was overheard talking about scoring poorly on a recent inspection that assessed cleanliness. This is concerning for two reasons: First, they made it sound like they failed. Second, staff didn't have the foresight to predict that this would be something customers probably would be made uncomfortable by hearing.

Staff was smoking with a cigarette about 3 inches from their kitchen apron during this visit and then sitting in the same apron near the trash. Gross. Portions still very small for a there piece chicken tender. One similar to a chicken finger.

Tables not bussed, no napkins available for this purpose or any purpose (they're behind the counter and come with your food, so you have to wait at the dirty table for a napkin to clean it with). Bathrooms have a code, this part of Salem has a high population of irresponsible transient folks, so I get it, but it's a bummer. Restrooms were clean consequently though. Prices are high for a few chicken strips. Parking is limited and oddly shaped. 2/10

Added line breaks to clarify, for management, that this was two separate visits. The first one was quite some time ago now, but we were bored with burgers and decided to give them a second try because lots of places in Salem were closed on Sunday afternoon. We appreciated that they were open so we'd have a non-burger option and I appreciate that Management reads reviews. The smoking apron thing was pretty gross and the picture of the portions is under a standard business card. But for those two issues, I probably would not have bothered to review a quick stop for fast food.

Hey, when someone orders delivery from you guys and they pay well over $16 for a three-piece chicken. It’s kind of courteous to not give three chicken wings and a cold side.. My mashed potatoes tasted like you’ve been in the fridge all day…. And when I call and say something and you tell me well, he got three pieces of chicken, didn’t you? Three chicken wings for $16. If I wanted chicken wings, I would go to Wingstop Your picture even advertises two thighs in a leg and you give me three chicken Wings.. Whatever female answer the phone at around 5 o’clock on March 5 2025, You’re extremely rude and I hope you get fired

Half my order was missing and I didn’t realize until I got home, 16 minutes each way so the food I did get was cold by the time I got home with the food that was missing. They did not apologize for forgetting if anything they treated me like I was lying. When I got to the window all I got was a “here you go”.

The food was decent but when ordering the young lady had such an attitude I would ask a question and would not even help just kept rolling her eyes at us when we couldn’t find soemthing on the screen. First time coming here and eating here highly disappointed with the attitude when I was being nice the entire time. I didn’t get my receipt either 🤷🏻‍♀️
