Low rating due to the inside of restaurant being inaccessible at most times. I do not eat here so I can not give an honest review on the quality of food but can say a lot of people order from here. Management needs to fix their system because we are not in covid anymore and this business still runs like it is. The carelessness of management causes customers to take their anger out on employees who do not make these important decisions.Care about your workers management/owner.

Let me start this review by saying the staff were fantastic. I went through the drive through and it was a very good experience. It was fast, the staff was so friendly, I needed a moment to decide before ordering and they were very kind and patient with me.That being said the food was bad. It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been to a Popeyes. I always liked them better than KFC, I always thought the quality of their chicken and seasoning was much better. I tried a couple different items and it just wasn’t great. The chicken was bad quality, it was dry, under seasoned, and smaller than I remember. The popcorn shrimp was not great. The shrimp tasted like it had been frozen for a long time and was tough like it was over cooked. The fries were fine. Probably the best of the items I got honestly but there’s a bunch of other places in town with better fries. The quality of ingredients has plummeted since I’ve been here last.I didn’t finish the food. I went to KFC right after and got considerably more food for about the same dollar amount and on average all of it was much better quality and seasoned better than Popeyes.Big fat bummer. Won’t be returning.

The chicken strips were 80% coating, the chicken that there was, was super tough. I could hear the workers talking about me while I was eating. Not coolThis is the third time I have been there. Every time was bad. Three strikes and you're out. I won't be back.

Drive through staff always impress me. The window staff was friendly, made sure I knew about a limited special. My food was piping hot and delish! Popeyes has THE best chicken sandwich (in a large chain brand) and this location has long been a favorite.
