Chicken is horrible

Thought my order was suppose to come with fries and sides. It didn't come with fries but the chicken and biscuit was great.

Food came out quick but was fairly tasteless. We won’t be coming back.

Services out the window people don't smile very direct almost to the point of being rude sometimes won't even look at you when they hand the money out the window but that's how it is at every fast food place these days

Nice, clean and our food came out very quick, which was perfect for two hungry toddlers! Also David was super friendly and helpful. Honestly every person working was super nice and wildly efficient. We were impressed and happy we stopped by!

Every Popeyes I have been to has been great, and this location is no exception! Great food everytime!

I have never been served such greezy food in my life, and for $43, and on top of that I got half original and half Cajun. all of the Cajun chicken was under cooked. I got half way through a thigh and was met with raw chicken. I will get Popeyes again but never from this location.

Greasiest Popeyes I've been to, ordered the blackened strips and the whole bottom of box was covered in grease. the gravy on the mashed potatoes I got was also really sketchy and tasted off, and the potatoes themselves were just nasty. Only took a few bites of everything before throwing the rest out.

A little bit more spendy with not so much things in your combo meal.

Man, this place in a hurry or something. We ordered 2 meals and the chicken was rubbery and dried out. The fries were soggy, and the drinks were not filled up. It's weird to pay for some that expensive and get back that. it was 38 dollars for just a #2 and #5 crazy and gross. I'm not going back.

Food was cold and hard. You could tell it had been sitting there for a while before we got it. We bought two meals totalling $40. Not worth it at all... save yourself the trouble and if chicken strips is what you're after, go to dennys and get an order from the value menu. Thank me later.

When I shop at Walmart, I always stop at fast food and get chicken nuggets on the way home. So this day, I stopped at Popeyes and got some boneless chicken wings. OMG, they were way better than chicken nuggets. Most tender, actually tasted like chicken. This Popeyes is easy access and easy to get back onto Lancaster. I will definitely make this my new stop for a snack on the way home. P.S. The price is very reasonable, and the young man I talked to was very friendly.
Just makes me want to make this my new stop.
Sorry, I don't know his name. It takes more than just good food to make a good restaurant. Good service, and people willing to help you like you are the most important person there.
