I should've checked the reviews!!!! This place is disgusting. The rude manager to the nasty attitude of the male younger cashier who overcharged me $20 for something and they had the nerve to defend him when I simply asked for a refund. Your customer service is horrendous and I will never spend a penny here. No wonder they have a 2.9 star rating. This place is a joke. Nasty nasty customer service.

Took over 20 minutes with nobody in the parking lot to get my family meal. I let them know they took 25 minutes and they said nah it was only 20. Completely downplayed the situation. Worse service I’ve received honestly.

It was such a great place to eat at. My family got to finally taste their amazing biscuits and chicken. This is a must stop each trip to Salem.

This is hilarious! If they didn’t have the items, they could have just told me, and I would have requested a refund. Instead, I ended up receiving a six-piece order of lemon pepper bone-in wings. I only got two of the correct pieces, and then they grabbed two wings, snapped them in half, and called it four pieces. Additionally, they forgot to include my biscuit in my three-piece combo.

Well I went here today for lunch The only thing I'd eaten all day wasn't that great I had to come back a second time because I went to the drive-thru they didn't get my order right and honestly now I feel kind of sick. I should have went to Dave's Hot Chicken They never get it wrong there I always been satisfied there. It'll be a long time before I visit Popeyes again a really long time.

The food was decent but not particularly memorable. Service was friendly, and it didn't take a while to get our meals. The atmosphere was fine, but nothing stood out. It’s the kind of place you visit once and maybe again if you’re nearby and hungry.

Have started going here a little recently since it’s near my work and honestly have found myself more and more disappointed by the quality and customer service as a whole. On several occasions when I’ve gone here there have been employees just socializing out front who have needed to “rush” inside to their positions, or today I went by and they said over the order intercom that they were closed.. on a Thursday at 11:45am. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or not, but there was zero signage and it just felt weird considering this is a well-known chain and standards have not been impressing me

Never again. I got food poisoning from this location, I have spent hours on the toilet fighting for my life. Vomiting at the same time, they need a health inspection asap. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. To top it off it is insane how expensive it is. I hope this location gets shut down to be honest. This has never happened to me at the location on mission street.

Excessive wait time at the speaker. Placed order, drove up to window and they charged my card and then told me that it would be a 12 minute wait for the chicken as they ran out. The concern is that they think that makes sense. Lunch time, most people get 30 min., that is about half of that time. Seriously wonder about management of this site. Oh and for 8 pieces 29.99? Really? Well it was good run Popeyes, look forward to the next food place that opens up here.

I had an order for 5:30, got off early, asked them if they could make it early, they did. They were quick, very friendly, the place was clean, and my food tastes awesome. Thanks for being awesome.
