Prismatic Coffee is hands-down one of my favorite coffee shops. The quality is unmatched — every drink is smooth, balanced, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the team is always kind and welcoming.
My brother-in-law is Kyle, so I might be a little biased, but truly, the coffee and service here speak for themselves. Before meeting Kyle, I wasn’t into coffee at all — but his passion for it makes you lean in and want to know more. My palate has completely changed because he’s been patient in helping me notice the nuances and flavors. Part of that, of course, is because Kyle’s the one roasting — and he does such a phenomenal job that you can actually taste the richness and depth in every sip.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Prismatic Coffee is absolutely worth a visit!

Atmosphere was chill! They keep the lights kinda low, so it feels comfy in the morning when it's still early. We were there at 7am. Music is indie/alternative/whatever the barista is vibing with.
Service was good! The barista was friendly, offered advice. They have really unique drinks created by the baristas and the barista on shift said if we didn't like what we ordered, they'd happily make us something else for no charge. Cool to have the freedom to branch out with no risks!
Today we got a Caramel Cinnamon Latte, an Iced Mocha with Almond Milk, and their berry compote GF Waffles. Delish!

Prismatic made me seriously consider moving to the US. If I could get a house within walking distance I would consider it. I want to come here everyday, not just when visiting Salem. I want to work here, to be a part owner, to sweep the floors or package their coffee, or do anything to make my life correspond in some way with this beautiful, cavernous space that is somehow both muse and reward.
This is what the world needs to heal: beauty, truth, excellence, creativity, kindness, and good coffee and food.

Staff very friendly welcoming and helpful. Nice size shop tucked away in a small community. However... I ordered a black house coffee with espresso to go. I've never had a more bitter tasting coffee in my life. If I wasn't driving I would have spit it out, absolutely disgusting almost tasted fermented or something. I had to throw out the entire drink. 😬😖

Met a good friend who lives in the community for coffee here. Everyone is super friendly, knows everyone else, its like a community gathering spot. There were people reading and others socializing. Overall really positive, health-centered vibe. Recommended.
