Oh my goodness, the BEST little bakery in Salem, you can not convince me otherwise! She is so sweet and talkative and she has such a wide selection including gluten free and vegan! My go to spot for every weekend, her bakery is the best way to start the weekend!

Absolutely subar. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and not once have I had a pleasant experience. If you are someone who does not care about friendly staff, then this is the place for you! Heidi is one of the rudest people I've bought from in this entire town! The last time I got a cookie from here it was stale, hard, and flavorless. When I got my 17th bday cake last year (coconut cake, raspberry filling) we asked for a dark blue cake and received a sky blue one instead. When we called to confirm whether or not the color would darken, she acted very exasperated and annoyed, telling us that she'd already told us that it would. When it came time to serve the cake, it had darkened but not even close to what the color we asked for. The cake was just okay. It was pretty dry, didn't taste anything like coconut, and had raspberry mousse instead of the jam filling we'd expected. All in all, it made for quite the sad birthday cake. I hadn't been back for quite a while until November when we went in and got a few cookies. They were dry, crumbly, and stale. I'm so utterly disappointed. I'll never be back, which sucks, considering i used to love this place. It just isn't worth it to spend my money at a place where I feel unwelcome and the baking is going down in quality.

What a great bakery! So many delicious options. When I told them my sister, who was ill, was wanting ding dongs they went and made a special ding dong cupcake for her! Amazing service and amazing food.

The gluten free cookie was delicious. My daughter had a mousse that looked small and it took two days for her to finish it. We will definitely be in again! 4 stars because although I did get the cookie, there was no variation in gluten free items.

The best gluten free custom cakes. Heidi is the best and pays attention to detail. She was supposed to make my baby shower cake but we ended up with her cupcakes instead (because someone ordered the same cake as us 🤦🏼♀️) but she remedied the situation. She has made our girls first, second, third and now fourth cake and let me tell you, she does NOT disappoint. Always so good. Our friends even say they crave her cakes every year. So yummy and the customer service from her and her husband is top notch. We love stopping by for sweet treats.

Came to the building to drop off a package. Walking past this store smelled so good. So I decided to give it a try, their blueberry muffin was really good and a good price. I also like that they sell gluten-free items too since my wife has a gluten sensitivity.

I am so beyond disappointed. Picked up my 17th birthday cake which is supposed to serve 4-6 and it's literally smaller than my hand. It could feed 3 ppl max. We requested it to be a deep dark blue with glitter all over and the cake is a light blue with barely any glitter at all. Very sad. We also picked up a cookie which was completely dry and tasted old and stale. Seems as if the bakery's quality has gone down. We'll see if this cake tastes any good.
