Disappointed. I’ve never received a qudoba burrito this small, and it sucked. 90% beans and rice, and not nearly the portions that it should be. And for $11.50? What a joke. Been ordering the same thing for 15 years, we’ll take our business elsewhere.

Quality continues to slip at this Qdoba. Lukewarm food, uninspired service, and even odd smells and cleanliness issues inside the restaurant have made it easy to go somewhere else. Today I thought I'd give them another chance to come through with decent food, and they were not busy, but unfortunately it was disappointing. To make matters worse, the employee couldn't figure out how to ring up one simple item. To be fair, it's not just this location suffering but most of the Qdobas. Perhaps it's time to bring in a new CEO to right the ship, like Starbucks has done.

I normally love Qdoba but today when I ordered my bowl it was half the size that it was last time and the quality of the food was not quite the same. And the atmosphere was pretty depressing nobody was smiling nobody was very friendly. I used to love this place but I don't think I'm going to come back again. That's too bad.

I love Qdoba. Always going there been to the one in Salem a few times now. The staff is very rude the few times we’ve went in there now definitely not making me want to come back.

The food is always amazing! The employees seem annoyed when I come in. Not quite enough for me to stop going 🤤😅

Usually I love Qdoba because of their massive burritos. Today when I ordered on door dash, I was very disappointed. Apparently you have to be in person and watching them for the burrito to be made right. My burrito was close to half the size of a normal burrito when you walk in. My mouth is filled with flour tortilla right now. I’m not picky, I just want what I pay for.

The food here is consistently great and the workers are always so friendly and on the rare occasion something goes awry (I usually order via the app) they are quick to respond and fix the issue.

Thought I'd give this Q Doba a shot, but oh boy, was I wrong! Stale chips, funky flavors and queso with chunks - yum, not! Tortilla soup was a disaster. Then there's the older lady being rude to the poor young employee - talk about uncomfortable. Customer service? Zero! And it's like they've forgot how to clean- should've walked out!

REALLY BAD service and BAD FOOD.
First I experienced how the employee was mean with not even one smile, not paying much attention, and don’t get me started on the food, the line were the food was sitting was all dirty, the rice was all stuck together and the stake was hard and chewy once I started eating it was cold and for the best part I found a hair on my plate DO NOT COME HERE

If you are reading this, I am dead, psychologically. The nachos are meager and grotty. The burritos piquancy subsist as slipshod. However, the tonics prevail as the inimitable culminating allotment of the collation. In all, it is five/1 star.

grabbed the Cholula steak bowl, loaded it up with everything—Diablo sauce, guac, red and green salsa. Was a flavor explosion, way more food & flavor+filling than Chipotle, and for the price, it’s a steal. The mix of house sauces and spices made every bite bomb. Midway through, I found a stray hair on the side of the bowl, but I just pulled it out, shrugged it off, and kept going. Finished the whole thing. A few hours later, I was definitely feeling gassy. But I stayed full the rest of the day and skipped dinner, was totally worth it.
