I would have rated higher but I just couldn’t. The Lobster was disappointing and very hard. Everything else was fine. Maybe cook it a little less and it would have been perfect.

So I signed up and I received an email saying received 12 cheddar biscuits on your first order out or 10% off dining in so I went in and they told me that the 10% off was for my next visit even though it's a welcome which usually means your first time I've looked at the specials on your site. It said it was 24.99. It was 29.99 I brought my daughter's boyfriend with us because he loves seafood and he had never been to a red lobster. They both got the Mariners boil. He said he was so disappointed. The potatoes literally tasted like dirt and he was looking forward to the potatoes he didn't even eat his crab claws because he was so disappointed in the flavor of the boil. I spent $146 for two star service if that all of our plates were empty and sitting on our table for seven minutes before our waitress came to see if we were done and that is when she told me oh you're 10% is on your next visit. I don't know if there will be another one.

Our mom turned 88 today!!! We asked where she wanted to go….”RED LOBSTER” So we are just leaving and want to give a HUGE shout out to our waiter, AZAEL!!!! And the great staff of the Salem Oregon RED LOBSTER!!! The salmon bowl. Fish and chips and those amazing coconut prawns were fabulous and the service was absolutely superlative! Way to go RED LOBSTER 🦞
Everything was great! The Shrimpless special was a great deal! Came on a platter, wish I would have got it myself. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Service was good, I think the waiter did an excellent job, we wanted for nothing. The hostess' were very pleasant as well. Definitely will go back!!

Overall the experience was very good, I had the filet mignon and lobster special while my girlfriend had the lobster shrimp and salmon. We had Rieley as a server and he was incredibly nice and made sure we were comfortable and stalked on drinks and bread. The atmosphere was a very nice as well, the only reason the food gets four stars is because mine and my girlfriend's Lobster came out kind of cold but other than that everything was hot and very clearly fresh. The food service in atmosphere was amazing and I highly recommend it. Again I do want to highlight that Reiley was an amazing server and made us feel welcomed and definitely made the experience better
