The manager was very professional but the server was not good at all. We had a large party food came out all over the place. The birthday girl got hers after everyone had ate. They messed up the tickets. It's was a mess. The manager did take care of business at the end, but the damage was already done. We drove a long way to just go there

I was so excited about the return of lobster rolls. That was my all time favorite but what they brought back is awful. Too much seasoning. The old recipe better. Won't go back for that. The service was amazing. Not worth the$34.99.

Went in when it was slow had a pretty good experience! The bigger tables were dirty so we were sat at a smaller table but my server was Jordon and she was very attentive and made sure my needs were met and gave me good suggestions on what to order, alcohol beverages were alright couldn’t taste the alcohol that much but food was amazing except for the crab was a little overcooked but I felt very welcomed and will definitely come again!
My waiter was really attentive. My fish and chips were cooked nicely!. Both meals that we have were great. They serve large portions. Good luck finishing the whole meal. Thank you for the great time. And the prices are nice. I pay less here than I did for most Mexican restaurants in the area. And the food here is much better. I will be back several times.

We were looking forward to eating at the R.L. in Salem and after checking in were told we'd have to wait for a waitress to be seated. After waiting about ten minutes(no one else waiting), with the hostess standing there with her thumb up her butt, we left.
I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with the staff. They were exceptional. The food was fantastic. The only thing that I can even think about to change would be to have cauliflower available for a vegetable. Lol.
Great place to get fresh lobster and fish. They were under staffed. The waiter tried very hard but had too many tables. When we walked in there was no one to greet us and we had to wait a few minutes. The red lobster app does not work to get my points and the manager came out and said, good luck I can't help you. But the food is good!

New- OK! I am truly impressed. The manager called me personally to apologize for my experience and took care of me. Therefore, I am revising my review they really the 5 star restaurant I expected when I went for a special dinner. I don't have a Red Lobster where I live, so I go whenever I get out of town, and now I'm still a loyal customer.
