Every single time! Worst service! I had 2 small hungry kiddos with me today and was luckily seated by the manager (who hooked us up with fries asap) the service was horrid! We never received our refills on anything so once we left we weren’t even out of the parking lot when my 3 yr old stated she was still hungry. Ridiculous especially because the price of going out isn’t cheap. Also with 2 small kiddos we don’t have the luxury to go out often. I won’t be back to this location.

Very long wait. It took us 15 minutes to be seated and half an hour to order our food. We were there for almost two hours and it was a Thursday night at 8:30. No excuse!!!!

Service was TERRIBLE. Did not see Waitress until we were seated for 25min. Was another 20 before she took our order. She complained about being busy yet she was not on the floor. They were out of teriyaki sauce so could not have favorite burger. Drinks and fries were supposed to be endless, but we never saw Waitress again so no drink refills. Fries were cold. Rest of food just OK. This location way below my normal Red Robin experience.

We stopped by here at about 3pm on a Friday. They were busy, saying there was a 20 minute wait for a table. Then the couple after us got seated right away in the lounge. When we asked, they said a table wasn't available, even though we could see one open. 7 minutes later, they sat us at that very table. Over the course of the next 15 minutes, we saw 3 different servers walk by our table without even acknowledging us. Finally, after serving 2 other tables that had come in later, we tried to flag down a waiter. He told us he wasn't our server, that the gal the had passed us 4 times before without even looking at us and was now nowhere in sight was our server. We got up and left as we figured it would be at least another hour before we'd get our food. This kind of service is why we don't go to Red Robins anymore.

Food is good, but greasy. Serving staff are friendly and clearly overworked. Atmosphere is fun & lively, but the music is BLASTING and giving me a headache. Much better here when the music is quieter, so I can hear the people at my own table.

We were told it would be a 30 min wait, waited 45 mins just for them to tell us they weren’t seating people anymore. At 6:30pm on a Saturday.

Tried their special Dbl Tavern burger, ceasers salad in place of fries and strawberry lemonade all for $9.99. The burger was tasty but very small, like a kids size. Decided to get a slice if lemon cake for dessert. When I got the bill the cake was $11 and some change! I was stunned at the price.

It's a Red Robin. My fiancé with celiac and I always go to one when we travel because we know there are good, safe options and the food is good. The atmosphere and decorations are also always fun to look at.
