Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was good but service was not. Greeter was rude and didnt want to sit us at the bar, saying its not an option. Server gave wrong info on specials and left us thirsty. Burger was good. Cooked right. Toppings fresh and tasty. I'm not keen on relish but this one's 👌. Over all I'll find somewhere else to go.

Always delicious. I had their Haystack Tavern Burger. And for appetizers we tried their chips with cheese dip. Today I tried their honey mustard and it was delicious with their bottomless fries. There is so much to choose from on the menu.

We were told that there would be a 20 minute wait, which ended up being 45 minutes. When we were seated we ordered right away. We waited another 45 minutes only to be told that our food was “taking longer than expected”, twice. We were bright two baskets of fries after about 40 minutes, but never received our food. When the manager (in assuming that’s who it was) came to our table and told us for a third time that our food was taking longer than expected, we told them that we’ve waited over an hour and a half and we wouldn’t wait any longer. Horrible service, no apologies or truthfulness to the situation. Would NEVER recommend this location.

Ordered Veggie Burger and it was pathetic. Burnt completely black and inedible. My first (and last) bite was very much like biting into burnt cardboard. I asked for all the ingredients and paid to add grilled mushrooms. They only added the mushrooms and neglected to add any other toppings besides the sauce. Are you deliberately telling me to never go back? Mission accomplished.

It was really loud in the restaurant but the waiter we had was really nice and was on top of everything she was amazing. The food was amazing. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich with a salad and that was amazing I would definitely go back and have another sandwich. But next time I will get it to go. Not a fan of how loud it was in there

Normally, we have a great experience here. Tonight was way different. Obviously I know Valentine's Day is usually busy for restaurants. That's not the issue. The issue is us putting ourselves on the "wait-list" and sitting for about 15 minutes while everyone ignored us. No one even asked for our drink order or anything (we were sitting in the bar area)
People that came in way after us were getting their orders taken while we still didn't even have any water or anything. We ended up leaving because that's not how we wanted to spend our Valentine's Day. Honestly really disappointed.

It's been to long since we went to Red Robin for gourmet burgers and bottomless your choice and it's been a long time since we haven't went home with leftovers. I guess that's because Red Robin's is Ymmmmm!

For a place who's focused primarily on Burgers... I honestly can't recommend. Roll dice on any other Burger place over this one and you'll probably be happier. Once upon a time Red Robin was good. But for years it's been declining in quality... another year a re review... it's still pretty bad and the service was quite bad. Honestly stunned the place was packed with people at 230 as it clearly is sub par all around.
