This is the best Mexican food in Salem. The birria is incredible, but I highly recommend the al pastor. The marinade is so flavorful and rich, and the pork is tender and juicy. The quesabirria tacos are wonderfully crisp on the outside. Not only are the prices reasonable, the portions are gigantic.Also, the salsas are AMAZING. I really love the avocado salsa and put it on everything. I drench everything with their red salsa as well. Highly recommend this wonderful spot.

Tried the Birria Street Tacos and Quesabirria Taco for our first visit. Getting a side of consomme is an absolute must. The food was delicious, with great portion sizes, for a very fair price. We can hardly wait to return and try the nachos we've heard so much about, too!

Oh my goodness! The best tacos ever! The consume is to die for! Rice and beans are delicious! Sorry I didn't get pics of the rice and beans. Oh and the taco combo comes with 4 tacos, I just couldn't wait to eat one, lol!

I’ve had their regular birria tacos and also had their Quesabirrias with a cheese shell instead of tortilla and they were both amazing and amazing service!Dietary restrictions: Keto tacos instead of tortilla they replaced the tortilla with cheese shell tortilla type and it was amazing

Had my son pick up some food. I don't really do fish tacos very often but I'm glad I did.... those are the best fish tacos I ever had. I was mad I only got two.... the burrito was good and very filling... my son loved the birria and so did my wife...I just hope you guys start selling them everyday. You guys should do a three taco and french fry meal. Very good thank you....

Literally never open during their listed business hours. The food is good, but what's the point if you can never get anything because they lack consistency.Edit in Response: Not everyone is on FB so that's not helpful, this isn't a one time occurrence, and we passed by the truck and the doors were absolutely closed before the listed time.?♀️We'll give it one more shot, we love the food. We'd just love to be able to actually eat there.
