Wife waits ten minutes to be served, nobody ever served her. not sure if you're looking for homosexuals to serve first, because it's queer month, or you hate her for being a real women. Either way, we won't be back. And we have been dozens of times. Pathetic.

Fun time tonight celebrating with a large party up in the Mezzanine . Our wait staff Skyler was great! Very patient and had endless energy bringing drinks and food up the stairs. Food was delicious and surprisingly quick for how many of us there were. Only thing was we did not anticipate how noisy it was so some of our toasts and party fun was challenging.

Definitely will be back, pizza was amazing and the drinks were reasonably priced.

As a long time recurring customer, I was very disappointed in the service at lunch today. With no customers ahead of us, we waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches which we only received after I asked about our order. On top of that, my sandwich was accidentally given to someone sitting next to us, the customer returned it, and that same sandwich was delivered to me without a remake. I like the food, but the service (timing, awareness, professional etiquette) needs to improve.

The menu has a good variety of options so there is something for everyone. Skylar was our server and he did great, very kind and attentive.
I got a chipotle ranch steak salad and it was excellent. It was a large portion size so next time I would probably split it with someone.
I would totally go here again.
Parking was a little bit hard to find, but that’s just downtown Salem in general. Just give yourself a bit of extra time to find a spot.

We celebrated a birthday yesterday and although I’ve been coming here for years, we had the best time. The food was better than ever- salad bar was fresh and not overpowering on dressing. We had the best server- JP! He was very attentive to whatever we needed and just went above and beyond on anything we needed! Best server I have had! Great atmosphere as we were tucked away in our own little space where we could hear our conversations. We come here a lot for the outside seating but will be back for the great food and service for sure!

Great food, easy to navigate inside, good pizza. Really like the fish a and chips; very light and very tasty.

I regret to share a less-than-favorable review for this restaurant, especially since it once had a reputation for good food.

During a lunch meeting with my girlfriend, I ordered soup and pasta with eggplant.

Unfortunately, the soup was barely warm and tasted like it came from a can. The pasta seemed store-bought, and the sauce was completely bland.
The only thing we enjoyed was the French fries.

Additionally, I noticed a staff member handling food with her bare hands instead of using proper utensils. When I brought this to her attention, she appeared embarrassed, and another staff member quickly (a guy) stepped in to apologize and assured me he would address the situation.

First thing me In today, and we both had their wildfire pizzas. One for a vegetarian (caprese) and one for us regular meat eaters(Fat Mike, I think is the name) . It's kinda weird to not have waiters or waitresses.But as we sat upstairs and watched the crew function as a team, you understand why they are not needed. Awesome fresh food, friendly service and the price is right. We even had a few delicious cocktails.

We liked this place! It’s just missing a little something a je ne sais quoi. The brie appetizer wasn’t baked enough and the 5 bread disks we got were sub par. But I loved the mushrooms on it. The special chicken dish with gnocchi was good but just missed the mark somehow. But decent, I might go again. Also it’s way bigger inside than I knew.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. We split it, along with the fries it was plenty for two. The Bloody Mary was almost a meal by itself.

had an amazing experience! Our food was great, the drinks were amazing. Our hostess with the blue hair was so so helpful and went out of her way to make sure our experience was good. I will be bringing all of my friends back here!

This place is certainly a good place to stop for a intimate lunch or dinner the inside of the building is absolutely gorgeous and you take a menu and find a seat then get up and order and sit back at your table with a table number and then they serve you you're food! It isn't super super fancy but it does make you feel good about yourself and make you feel fancy 10/10 place highly recommend!
