We sat at the bar and Charles was our bartender. He was absolutely helpful in picking our drinks and food. Will definitely be coming back.

Delicious mushroom and Swiss burger and delicious sweet potato fries. The atmosphere was enjoyable with good service, but I'd steer clear of the seafood salad sandwich with the mini shrimps and imitation crab (you'll be thankful). Pricey, but not bad for downtown Salem.

Came in and asked the front hostess if I could sit at the bar, she said it was open seating. Took a seat and no one approached me for over 40 minutes. I was waiting for my sister to join me and I got here early so was just waiting. I texted her saying I guess they don't care about customers since they didn't clear another guests done plates or check on her the whole time I've been here. When she gets here, you bet we'll be leaving across the street for a better experience. At that point it'll be a good 50 minutes. Thanks for the AC I suppose.

Came here on monday with a few friends, the food was fantastic. The bar is something I found myself staring at nonstop, the vibes and staff were all friendly as well. Our server had blondish hair and she was amazing, definitely a place I'll find myself returning to! We sat at a table near the bar top, it was busy but the service and food was stellar. Highly recommend!

Twice now I have ordered food from this restaurant via Door Dash, and have received a different item than what I ordered. After calling the store, apparently they don't bother to update their menu online because some of their products are seasonal. Sigh!

I won't eat here again.
I was hoping for a nice lunch outside at an upscale (for Salem) spot. The hostess was less than friendly, took our orders at the counter and when we asked to be seated outside she pointed to a table which hadn't been cleaned. Instead of being seated we were told we had to order at the counter which was okay, not ideal, but okay. $27.00 for a salad??????????? When it came time to tip, which I'm usually generous with. I couldn't figure out who I was tipping and what it was for. Out of obligation I did leave a few dollars as a tip with the hope it went to whomever was really doing some work My silverware came about ten minutes after the salad was brought out.
My crab & shrimp salad was a blob of miniature shrimp (I think) and maybe some mashed crab mixed in with ? I could barely taste the sherry infused dressing, but it was okay. There were a few tomatoes on top, which were good, and some cut up mushy cucumbers. What a huge disappointment.

The front person is the first impression. To see the person who is taking my order sipping on an iced coffee drink in front of me seemed unprofessional. Then the tone received felt like I was interrupting her day. If eye rolls could speak, hers are very loud. The food was fabulous. The drinks and delivery of meals was efficient. The rest of the staff was personable. Getting boxes to go was arduous. Could improve accessibility. Coaching on approachability would benefit the front employee. I won’t post her photo.

We recently enjoyed some good food and great drinks in the heart of downtown Salem. The atmosphere was perfect, and every bite of my meal was delicious. We had a great experience, as I loved the refreshing beverages that complemented my food. The outdoor seating was a bonus, allowing us to soak up the coveted sunshine. We highly recommend visiting this place for a memorable time.

We were in Salem for the Ironman and we had our dog with us. We needed a dog friendly patio with food ideal for the night before the race.
It was great! Very dog friendly and they even brought him a large dog bowl with fresh ice water! Our pup was happy!
My husband had a large Mac and cheese and I had a pizza.
Skyler was our waiter and he was great! Offered great suggestions and checked in a perfect amount and told a funny story at the end of the night which just made me feel connected which I love!

Service was friendly but unreasonably slow.
I ordered the caprese salad and it was a pile of greens with very little mozzarella and tomatoes. Not worth the price. I would try it one more time and order something different to give them a second chance
The food was very good. It took over an hour to get our food. The server was very unpleasant. When we got the bill I was not going to tip her as she never checked on us once. I found out I was charged 20% because we had 6 people. She didn’t deserve 2%.

First time going to Ritters for a buisness lunch. They had super fast services, and the waitress was super sweet.
