Worst Ribs i ever eat. They were left overs not fresh. French tip was half fats aujus was water. I was disappointed. Will never go back

Brisket and pulled pork were disgusting. The brisket was very dry, yet simultaneously extremely greasy, chewy, and totally flavorless. Had a huge chunk of fat in the brisket that funny enough had a better flavor than the meat itself. The brisket reminded me of crappy potroasts I buy on sale, freeze, and then slowcook in my crockpot except my frozen discount crockpot roast tastes much better because I actually season it. The pulled pork was also flavorless and dry and had an aftertaste of plastic for some reason? As if it was kept in a plastic bag or container and the plastic taste leeched in. Really gross. The meats seemed to have no seasoning whatsoever, no salt, nothing. Very disappointed and won't be returning, we actually threw out the meat after spending a ridiculous amount of money on it because it was THAT bad. If you have spent any time down south at all and have had actual good BBQ, skip this place.

If you’re on the hunt for mouthwatering, authentic barbecue, Roger That BBQ is a must-visit. From the moment you pull up to the location, the smoky aroma of slow-cooked meats draws you in like a magnet. This place is all about honoring the art of the smoker, and it shows in every bite. The brisket is phenomenal. The pulled pork melts in your mouth, and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone perfect. The Prime Rib Dip is exceptional and cooked to perfection. And what I consider the hardest meat to keep juicy, a chicken breast, is delicious to the last bite. Our family never passes us an opportunity to take home several wimpy burgers for later. Roger, Danielle, and all the staff are serving up food with care and passion for the smoker’s art. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty platter or just a quick bite of smoked perfection, this spot delivers. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We order to combo of brisket and both were dry and burnt. I know it’s suppose to be a bark but this was horrible. This was the :rd time we’ve eaten here and the last. We paid 49.00 for approximately 2 lbs of brisket that was really inedible. I will just buy a brisket from Costco and cook myself.

We went here for the first time a few weeks ago and the food was good, vibe was great, but there was just one thing that slightly irritated me. I ordered banana pudding after we finished eating because I wanted something sweet. I waited over ten minutes for them to tell me they had sold out the day before and they gave me my money back. I think a better system should be put into place when it comes to knowing what isn't available so you're not wasting people's time.

WOW! Best BBQ I've had! The food was so good & good portions.
We tried the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, baked beans, corn, Mac & cheese, slaw & the garlic toast. Oh, I can't forget the wimpy burger!
Nothing there was a disappointment.
The service was friendly & quick.
Will definitely be returning

I really don't like to leave reviews let alone one stars but I come in just about every sunday to eat here. Great food. But today I came in for TWO WIMPY BURGER. And somehow I'm there for 25 minutes? Because a family of 8 knows someone in the back so that makes them a first priority? Business owners do better. Encouraging entitlement is not the move

RT BBQ has really slipped. The food was not what it used to be. The meat was unusually fatty, and lacked seasoning of any kind. The staff seemed to be disinterested and not friendly. It was early, there really was no reason. The service trays were greasy top and bottom. The beer was hot, the ice tea dispenser has been broken for months. Unfortunately, we won't be back. We used to swear by the place.
What happened?

What a dismal, joyless place!! The staff seem half-dead, or hung-over. The bbq is okay, but certainly not what it used to be. Our food was cold and stale, as if it had been setting out for 30 minutes. Sad…

This is a great place for super BBQ.. W
e eat there often. They have a outdoor picnic area. We have a dog. It allows us to eat with our dog. The brisket is awesome. Every thing is great. BBQ baked beans, onion rings plus banana pudding. You got to eat here. The best for us in Salem ! !.
