Always loved sandwich express. Always go to the Newberg and McMinnville locations. Those are great locations this one is not so great. Bad customer service, food has been terrible last three visits. Employee calling her manager a “****** was definitely unprofessional

Horrible customer service. Didn't realize sandwich came with certain dressings and were going to request an adjustment on the sandwich at the window. Instead of the employee coming to the window to greet us, we saw her in the window on her personal cellphone making a call for multiple minutes. Then when we asked to have certain items removed from the sandwich, the response we got was "We already made the sandwich". I understand it's our mistake and should had seen on the menu what came on the sandwich, but I also hold the employee accountable for her lack of good customer servic, ignoring us at the window to be on her cellphone, and willingness to make any adjustments. Her response was rude and poor customer service. Also, how is a sandwich both extremely soggy and stale at the same time?

This location is nothing compared to the McMinnville one. I have been to this location multiple times where no one helps me in drive thru and they are open. I don’t know if they need a dinger or what. Their hours are bad as well. I love the sandwiches but the service is odd to say the least.

Sandwich was bland and expensive. Service was slow and disinterested. They were out of ingredients, gave us the wrong size sandwich, we would have had to wait in the very slow and busy drive through to attempt to correct the problem because the lobby was closed. Just not good.Does Salem even have a good sandwich shop? Beginning to doubt it.

I really feel that this location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the people working are nice and friendly, other times very rude and it seems that they’re trying to get you out as fast as possible even while you’re ordering. I really enjoy the turkey pesto sandwich, it is very filling. This is a 6 inch sandwich - meat under the lettuce and very delicious.

So, I did show up 10 Mins to closing (4:20pm) to be exact. And my sandwich looks like someone straight up went hulk on my bread.... How the hell am I supposed to eat this? BTW, the girl inside asked for here or Togo, so I said for here, then she says we close in 10 Mins so that's not available.
