Horribly long wait. Forgotten about multiple times there was like nobody really there so not due to being busy. Ordered a pie as well got it home to realize it’s old like sitting out multiple days. Yet still left a tip for the other waitress who had to pick up the slack. I know these are frozen prior pies but we’ve also gotten the same pies before and never like thise when the frosting taste like cheap Safeway style cake that’s been left out for 3 days dry and crusted you know it’s bad!

i will say, none of these issues were necessarily because of the waitresses but our experience was ridiculous. got there and was seated almost immediately since they weren't all that busy, ordered our drinks and then ordered our food once we got our drinks. we then waited just over an hour for our food just for it to be barely room temp. there were plenty of empty tables everywhere and the waitresses kept telling other customers how they're "behind on orders." i understand being understaffed and having internal issues customers can't see, but an HOUR??? that's crazy. also the scrambled eggs were 100% tasteless and the loaded hash browns were literally 80% cheese and sour cream, so much that neither of us ate the whole dish. our waitress was nice, subtracted items from our bill and apologized for the issues but whoever owns this place needs to fix whatever is happening with the understaffed issues and cooks. we were disappointed to say the least. when we left there was a line of people out the door, with empty tables everywhere... the commercial st location is a million times better.

Absolutely horrid experience on multiple occasions. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time we go, or how few customers they have, the service is always slow and awful. Today my fiance and I gave it another chance and regretted it. Tables weren't clean and still had garbage from previous customers on them when we were seated, we got drinks and put our order in, then sat there for 45 minutes without ever being checked on for refills. We went to the counter to pay for our drinks and leave, and our hostess just told us it was ok to leave without paying, very much giving the impression that she knew we were tired of waiting and must deal with this a lot.
Never going back to this location, and the Commercial street location isn't much better.

Worst restaurant I have been too. Expected a quick lunch with old friends and after ordering and waiting an hour ask about our order. Was told it's in the shelf. Waited another 10 minutes and asked again, told it coming. Not a difficult order. We ordered the Duo, half a sandwich and a cup of soup for me and half a sandwich and salad for my wife. She requested no cheese on the sandwich or salad. We our order finally came, it was mine a BLT but not my wife's order. No soup. After about 10 minutes her order came, half a grilled ham sandwich. She asked about her salad and was told that the other waitress had said she refused a salad. A duo but hold the salad? A salad was brought but covered with cheese. My wife said she ordered no cheese. The waitress picked it up and brought another salad with no cheese slamming it on the table. Waitress returned a short time later to tell my wife that the waitress was 55 years old and no one talks to her that way! I interjected that she was correcting the order which was all screwup, her ham sandwich had two slices on cheese on it and the ham was burnt. I reminded the waitress that we were the customers. She started to leave and the husband of the couple we were meeting said he shouldn't have to pay for his soup. The waitress said you are not paying for your soup and he replied I shouldn't. She grabbed the soup removed it from the table telling us could leave now. My BLT was toasted but the roasted was now cold so it was not good, my soup tasted bad so I did not eat it. When we went to the cash register, I said I don't know what happened but the service was terrible. The same waitress said it's not my fault! I replied that it's not our fault either as we are the customers. She stayed she has been a server for forty years and never seen anyone so rude. I offered just trying to give some constructive criticism. She replied I don't want it from rude people. I asked how are we being rude? We ordered our lunch and had expectations that we would get it timely and correctly. But when we pointed out that it was incorrect she went off We left the restaurant and will never return. If Shari's is considering closing any storewa this would be a good one to close!

Went there for breakfast. Got seated and placed order in a reasonable time. Waitress brought coffee and kept it filled. After setting there for 45 minutes and my food still hadn't arrived I got up and left. Very poor service would not recommend this place. From the long list of other reviews it would appear that the management is ok with losing customers over hiring enough staff.
Took a little over 10min to be noticed just waiting to be seated. It wasn't busy. The gal was fairly nice. Sat us down and brought s coffee. One of us waited at the table to have our order taken. I even stood up so we wouldn't be forgotten while my spouse played the lottery machines. My spouse eventually came to the table and I went to play the machines. We both sat and drank our coffee, but no one ever came to take our order. There was a gentleman that had finished his food as we were coming in, he stood waiting to get his ticket to pay. We waited for over 30mins and no one ever came. We just got up and left, and that gentleman that was waiting since we walked in continued to wait. People were being seated, but I doubt they were being helped.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and had the best service we’ve had in a long time. Our waitress Trish was incredibly attentive, friendly and had a real passion for her job. We ordered a French dip sandwich to share and they were kind enough to split the sandwich and serve us each our own plate with our own cup of au jus. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and now one of our favorites to order. For dessert we ordered a slice of Dutch apple pie and it was truly delectable. If you’re in the area or just passing through, this place is worth your money!
