I am extremely disappointed! I ordered Shari’s via Doordash. I do have an allergy to Gluten and ordered the “ Gluten Friendly pancakes “ The staff decided to not only NOT contact me in anyway to approve the substitute of BUTTERMILK pancakes; but I also did not receive any sort of advance notice on it until 30+ minutes AFTER my meal was delivered. I double checked the receipt on the bag and it still said GLUTEN FRIENDLY PANCAKES. No where did it say BUTTERMILK. I got violently sick and didn’t even get so much as an apology. Not to mention I am pregnant and could have really hurt my child. DO BETTER! 0/10.

I was surprised when I went to Sherry‘s house, they have down scaled their menu compared to what it used to be not that long ago. I think I was only one of two tables that had a customer there this afternoon. I ordered the French toast as there’s very little on their menu that accommodates vegetarians anymore. I elected to have Marion berries with my French toast for an additional dollar 50 when I received it. It was this 1 ounce or 2 ounce little cup of Marion Berry syrup. Definitely not worth a dollar and a half. Not one time did anybody come by and see how the food was which is common in restaurant service. Total cost about $12.70 for two slices of French toast with some Miriam berry syrup I don’t think I’ll be returning to Sherry’s anytime soon

Shari's has been a goto place for coffee and their pies for years. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are ample. The atmosphere is good and their location makes it easy to find. Additionally, they're close to shopping and the freeway. Unfortunately, the labor shortage makes for a long wait for food. So don't mind the 4 star rating on service.

I had the misfortune of lunching in this Shari's a couple weeks ago. The place is filthy and falling apart, the food was overpriced and mediocre, and the server got upset when we didn't tip to her satisfaction. I have dined out for decades, but never had a server lip off in such a way. I will never return.

I've been coming here for YEARS, since I was a little kid. Food always came correctly just as ordered and I've been ordering the exact same dish for YEARS. In the 6 months I've been here 3 times, chef has messed up my order every single time and today he cussed out the waitress for asking for my side he forgot himself. He was yelling and calling them names for his mistake. Sad what this place has come to, this is my last time coming to this location. I've been coming here for over 9 years. Owners get your staff under control. These waitresses don't deserve this they're great.

Sheila was so sweet! we had a group of 10 come in 30 minutes before closing, but she was super sweet and accommodating and even offered to pay for someone’s soda when we couldn’t afford her drink. the service was quick and very friendly. would definitely recommend for a nighttime snack!

They were out of almost everything like pie, strawberries, and hot chocolate and my pancakes kept falling apart. Outside was disgusting with weeds everywhere and litter. Our waiter was very nice though and food came out very fast.
I think everyone who works here is great and deserves the best. Great customer service too.

I hadn’t been into Shari’s for several years and I was shocked how dirty the place was every way I turned. Windows, floor, table everything was dirty. We were there for a short insurance meeting so we just got tea. She brought us a cup of water with a Lipton tea bag. Never saw her again until I almost had to tackle her down for some ice water. It looked like she was the only waitress the whole time we were there so basically nobody got great service. The insurance lady I was with gave her a very generous tip even though she never checked on us. All I kept thinking was if it was that dirty out front I couldn’t imagine what the back looked like.
