WHAT IS UP with their daytime bartender SO RUDE!! She tells one of my friends he has to buy a drink now to participate in taco Tuesday but not my group when we showed up later. So is she just allowed to make up her own rules?? What a disgrace and terrible customer service.

Mo at Side Hustle is amazing. The service was excellent and she was very nice polite and had a great attitude the entire time. When I thanked her she responded with “my pleasure” and that really stood out it felt genuine and welcoming. She has a great smile and makes the experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping by and you cannot skip the tacos 🌮 #tacotuesday

Love this bar, one of the best in Salem for a consistently good vibe. The bartenders are always friendly, cute, and give great service. I pretty much always get house margs, love that they use fresh lime juice, and you can tell they make their food by hand. They have huge portions and if you haven’t been, it’s worth at least one stop if you’re in Salem. It’s also nice that they have Spanish speaking workers for when I come out with my whole family!

She allowed us to try the drinks and asked if they needed any changes🥰 Drinks were beautifully made and tasted wonderful! So attentive and offered us bags for our leftovers before we left. Saturday lunch search ended for my gf and I at the side hustle... With only a couple of tables taken we decided to sit at the bar... Friendly bartender, good thing too, because we asked more than a few questions. Ordered a margarita-spot on. Ordered a Pina colada - spot on. For food, ordered birra flautas - spot on. In fact I took one home for leftovers but left it in the car overnight-still ate it.... Delicious.. (Relax it was cold outside).. We'll definitely be back for more day drinking and great food.

As with most bars, the atmosphere in this place steals the show; multiple wide-screen TV's displaying sports, fun music blasting in the background, you'll have really good vibes over here. The service is very polite, I only wish they had more staff behind the counter, as there was one lady serving my group and I the whole time, so there was some wait to be had for our food and drinks. I also wish they would turn the music down just a tad bit, as it was very distracting and it was hard to talk to my friends. Also, if you need the restroom you have to walk towards the casino corner and go through the door next to the stairs, then turn left and walk down the hallway until you see the men and women signs. It's a bit odd placement, but it's the best they could do considering this is a business set up in a whole complex.
