I’ve come here so many times and I love the consistency of the food. Great quality, good service, and the BROTH 😋🤤🤌🏻 need I say more? No, but I will. Cuz this place is 🔥 If you haven’t tried the Wings they are AMAZING. Crispy and perfectly cooked. I love the aromatics they top it with too. I’ve tried the Hong Kong noodle dish (crunchy noodles and sauce on top) and the Vermicelli noodle bowl and both are wonderful. My husband likes the classic Fried rice and crab puffs. This is also my toddlers favorite restaurant to go to. Her favorite food is Pho with beef balls. I like this place so much I asked for a gift card for Christmas haha! Hope you give it a try and like it as much as I do. You can tell they put their heart into their dishes.

I’ve had a great experience every time I go here. They’re consistent with their service. I asked for spicy steak Pho and they gave me chicken but it was still good. They put over a cup of shredded chicken in my Pho which is super generous compared to most shops. The Broth is not overly loaded with grease and it smells and tastes like fresh lemon grass. I paid less $15. The quality and portions speaks for itself. It’s a cute place for hangouts and the staff is always kind. 10/10

Wow. I came to Salem for the evening. I was going to eat sushi until I saw this place. I'm glad I made the choice I did. I got the combo Pho. The broth is aromatic, the meats are all tender and delicious, and the amount of food is worth the very fair price! The noodles are perfect. It's so satisfying.

Eat there multiple times, they remembered what I ordered each time and even when the waitress got my order wrong the kitchen corrected it. I don't know if it's the owner or the manager, it's somebody's on their toes.

This little place has fantastic Pho and I thoroughly enjoyed the Black Pepper Chicken. It came with several different vegetables that were fresh and thickly cut, as well as perfectly cooked. The flavor was outstanding and made this the best tasting Black Pepper Chicken I’ve ever had. The service was friendly and professional, a little hard to understand with the strong accent but very patient while we figured out what was being said. The server bagged up our food for us and was very good at making sure we were taken care of. The prices were reasonable for the portions. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I forgot to take photos but I highly recommend Simply Pho if you’re looking for quality food and good customer service. They also provide Vegan and Gluten Free menu options. This was my first time dining here and I’m pretty impressed. Will definitely come back.
The food was decent, and prices are a little high for what you get. the service was not so great. The waitress got easily confused, did not place everything we ordered, and did not split our checks. The bathrooms were dirty, and the floor was sticky. Love the atmosphere, though.
