I’ve had a great experience every time I go here. They’re consistent with their service. I asked for spicy steak Pho and they gave me chicken but it was still good. They put over a cup of shredded chicken in my Pho which is super generous compared to most shops. The Broth is not overly loaded with grease and it smells and tastes like fresh lemon grass. I paid less $15. The quality and portions speaks for itself. It’s a cute place for hangouts and the staff is always kind....
As someone who grew up in Asia, and spent most of his young adult life working in Asia, I was blown away by the quality and taste of the food at Simply Pho. Very authentic. I will be coming again.
Wow. I came to Salem for the evening. I was going to eat sushi until I saw this place. I'm glad I made the choice I did. I got the combo Pho.
The broth is aromatic, the meats are all tender and delicious, and the amount of food is worth the very fair price! The noodles are perfect. It's so satisfying.
