This ice cream shop completely surprised me in the best way possible! From the outside, I honestly didn’t expect much, but wow was I wrong. The flavors are incredibly rich, bold, and full of depth. Every scoop tasted like it was crafted with real care and high-quality ingredients.
It’s not often that a place positively shocks you, but this one did just that. If you’re into ice cream that goes beyond the ordinary, don’t judge this spot by its cover just go in and taste. You won’t regret it!
Worth to mention, this place is located in the Fork Food Hall so you cannot see the shop unless you go inside of the hall.

Lovely lady! She was super friendly and let us taste all the icecream (sometimes twice) before making a decision. My husband and I both got nondairy options. He got the one scoop chocolate oreo and I got a two scoop with pineapple coconut and strawberry basil. The icecream was sooooo fluffy and creamy. It made me very happy and my husband and I had a great time sitting outside enjoying our icecream. I would recommend this place to anyone! Vegan and gluten free options!

This shop is a little hidden when you walk into this food court. It's to the left when you enter. Ice cream is delicious. Some unusual flavors as well as some more common. Also some dairy free options.

So we're dairy free and gluten free because of allergies. They had multiple choices for us. That was amazing. The maple bar is kind of weird tasting. They didn't have gluten free cones which really sucks. It's easy to obtain them and since they have such a lot of variety for us allergy people it makes sense to get them.

This ice cream is SO UNBELIEVABLY CREAMY! I eagerly try lots of ice creams, and the only thing I’ve had that compares to this is Salt & Straw. The owner was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about tweaking her product until she felt like it was just right. I will save room for dessert and seek this place out anytime I’m near Salem!
Parking: We were there on a Thursday evening with sunny early fall weather around 6pm and there was tons of free street parking (diagonal pull-in spots, not crammed parallel parking) about a block away. So easy!
