I refuse to support Starbucks
I ordered a drink and it was made wrong. I asked several times for it to be fixed and was told that they had made it the way they were supposed to and they were not going to change it. I went ultimately to the Starbucks across the parking lot where I found an incredible atmosphere. Wonderful people that not only made the drink correctly put wouldn't even charge me for it to make up for what this Starbucks had done.

They don't allow you to use the public facilities aka "potty". This is a business open to the public.
Probably the only Starbucks in Salem who’s employees have mastered the drinks, They never mess up my orders nor do they fail to make it taste wayyy better than the last time ?

Drink was made wrong. Hours suck, why close so early when ur in a international Airport? It makes no sense closing at 7pm.

Employee at register said they couldn't take take my reward points, even though there was a large sign on the counter saying they could be accepted there. The barista (only other employee there) making my drink was clearly new and was struggling with the little guidance provided by the employee at the register. When there were no customers waiting to place an order, instead of helping make drinks, the register employee was messing with food items no one had ordered. I waited 15 minutes for my drink when there were only two customers ahead of me. ?
