Every time I come here the customer service is awful. I usually go through drive through, I had no one to help me at the window to change my order and ended up having to drink and pay for a not so good drink and the time before I felt I was bothering the baristas with simple things like asking for a stopper on my cup.

Certain shifts the workers are happy and excited to be there. Other shifts it as if you are bothering them with any request, and no I am not confusing "bothering" with tired. The time workers are tired and exhausted is very understandable and makes me not feel as bad when I am tired when I go.

I had bought a coffee at the local Safeway store that was just absolutely indescribably bad and person stood by their guns that they had done it right. I went to this Starbucks across the parking lot and not only did they get my drink right they would not even take payment for it to make up for the job not done at the other place. The workers there were incredibly friendly outgoing and really changed my mind about Starbucks.

A basic Starbucks, it's always convenient to drive through, and then on your way! I really like the way they roast, and I buy all the dark roast coffee. I usually get a grande latte with an extra shot of espresso. Another thing is that the bonus star program will buy you free stuff, coffee or food and coffee cups, and presses.

me and my brother went before the closing time, which is eight and we arrived there at 7:36 PM. And the speaker said it was closed, so why are they closing before the time on Google? please change the time if you’re gonna close before the right time on Google but I still like Starbucks thank you bye!

I don't go here, but I do ride while. my girl does. And they know her by name (Andromeda?) I'm gonna give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way around. So they don't pee in her coffee.

They got rid of the lobby here. I walked in hoping to sit down and drink my coffee and work. I can imagine the reason they got rid of the lobby was because it is a rough part of town. Maybe they were having trouble with some things that come with being in the rough part of town. If you just want to drive through for coffee, I’m sure it is fine. If you want to sit, work, meet, or even use the restroom, none of that is available here.Parking: There are about two parking spots.

Love there decaf espresso shots, which is mostly all I get. Fraps are delicious. I like there pastries. I really enjoy the employees that work here at this location. The best Starbucks in Salem/Keizer. Only downside...can't get a sugar free iced mocha. No sugar free options when it comes to sugar free chocolate. So I do go elsewhere. Also where's the decaf espresso beans for your customers who want to purchase?New and more room for employees to work. More efficient. Now that the construction is over. They totally beat out the one on Lancaster close to D Street. Yay. Go crew on Lancaster and Silverton.5 star overall from me : )Parking: Only about 5 parking spots and 1 wheelchair spots. There is plenty of parking across the way in the shopping area.
