I’ve never encountered such disrespectful and unprofessional Starbucks employees as I did today!
I don’t normally go to this location but today I stopped by. I ordered the Matcha protein iced latte as I really liked it from the other locations I’ve ordered it from. From the get-go, the girl that took my order, had a major attitude and didn’t even ask if I wanted grande or Venti. They made me a venti probably so they could up charge me.
As I was waiting for my drink at the window, I could hear her and the other barista unkindly talking about me. I have never been treated so poorly by Starbucks employees or any customer service worker for that matter. I know their job is not easy but I am shocked at the lack of customer service skills and how disrespectfully I was treated today!
My drink was disgusting btw. It’s very disappointing because at all the other locations I’ve ordered the Matcha protein drink it was delicious.
It is safe to say that I will not return to this location and encourage my friends/family not to either!

The baristas are often rude to each other, and it seems like they just toss the ingredients into drinks without measuring — the taste changes a lot every time. One time when I walked in, a barista was making another barista cry, and judging by how the others reacted, it seemed like that kind of behavior wasn’t unusual.

The baristas are always mean to each and it seems like they just kinda throw the ingredients into the drinks without Measuring and they taste vastly different every time, when I had walked in one time a barista was making another barista cry and judging by how the other baristas had reacted it seems that this is common at this specific location

This morning wasn’t going as usual, so I decided to cheer myself up with a treat from Starbucks. When I drove up, I was greeted with a brief question about what I wanted to order, without any friendliness. I asked for a seasonal item, not realizing it was no longer available. Unfortunately, the associate responded in a rude tone that made me feel embarrassed rather than informed.
When I got up to the window, I noticed the associate taking drive-thru orders (she had a headset on) Kasandra, turn around and roll her eyes at me as I was speaking with the person handing me my drink. This behavior felt very unprofessional and unnecessary.
I usually wouldn’t leave a review like this, but as someone who also works in customer service, I know how important it is to treat every guest with respect and kindness. This experience really left me disappointed, especially when I was looking forward to something simple.
If Kasandra finds it difficult to treat customers with basic respect, then perhaps this line of work isn’t the right fit for her. It’s really not that hard to do your job.

As usual, the service and the coffee is fantastic. As far as atmosphere, I drove through the drive-thru so I don't know atmosphere. I could look at other buildings so that's not really a factor but I did have excellent service from the barista at the drive-thru window. About 6 months ago I would have given this location full stars, but at some point during the summer of 2025, service has really gone downhill. I'm not sure if they had a major staffing change or management change, but the drive-thru went from taking 5 minutes to taking 15 minutes on a fast day. It easily takes 30+ minutes on a slow day to get through the drive-thru. The times I've opted to go inside instead, the team doesn't seem to be working together very well. My cake pops don't get put out anymore. I've had to ask for it after all my other food and drink items have come out each time I've been in store. The baritas always seem annoyed by this, not by me asking, but for their fellow coworkers failing to do it.
The only plus side to this is I'm saving hundreds a month by skipping Starbucks since it takes too long to be considered a time saver.

The really great thing for me about Starbucks is that they open so early and have inside seating! Oh, and they have non- sugary items available. ? All of these match my lifestyle.

This is usually my go to starbucks but today was different. We ordered drinks and food as we usually do but my drink was mainly ice and soooo much caramel sauce it was so sweet and not good. The other drink had a layer of caramel sauce at the bottom. Food wasn't cooked all the way so it was barely luke warm.I'm not sure what made them choose to make it this way but, this is a first and am very disappointed..

I went in for a simple tea with honey. I was asked if I want honey “packets” (whatever that means) or a honey syrup. I said that I just want a real honey not the syrup with the honey flavor. Barista repeated the same speech again “do you want packets or syrup?” very condescending and rude without actually explaining which option is the actual honey??? Never going back to this location. Interactions there always make me feel small.

What can one say about Starbucks? It's more expensive than most other coffee, a decent quality, and consistent, but I feel the soul of the company has been lost. I hear there's a new CEO that wants to return it to it's coffee house hangout roots, but I don't think it will happen, it's a well maintained machine at this point, like it or hate it, I think it's ok.

THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS!! I was forecasting a blooming preliminary potluck, however it appears they were lacking of ‘Long Yellow Fruit Loaves’. I was compelled to decree an obsidian battery acid as a result of them having no traditional Joe. I will never set foot in aforementioned institution again!

They are too busy here to take orders inside Many employees but several people including me continue to wait for service and continue to be ignored. I gave up as did the guy behind me and left.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this starbucks just can’t seem to get the white mocha right. I’ve gotten hot drinks that are half full multiple times, and frappuccino’s that they forgot to flavor entirely. This isn’t an isolated issue, it’s happened so frequently i’m finally leaving a review. Out of the times i go i’d say half the time my drink is right, the other half it’s either half full, or a coffee frap with no flavoring.
