This Starbucks is nice. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and they gave me a caramel cold brew instead so I asked them to make me a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and they said that I won't be charged extra

I ordered a Venti iced shaken espresso thing in my own 24 ounce tumbler, but they measure everything in a separate cup. The $6 drink was almost all ice, so we dumped it out to measure. After a few sips we were left with just over 8oz of the coffee we paid for. The iced Americano I purchased was not 90% ice.

Every time I've been to this particular Starbucks I felt welcomed, and invited to grab a coffee and relax. The drinks, the food, and the staff are all exceptionally wonderful here. If you're in the neighborhood, or you've got to come a little ways to get to this location, I recommend it. You'll be glad to eat, drink, and be merry here all year round.

West Salem branch employees either don’t know the instructions or poor management training. They *uck my order every single time. When you call they act like we scamming them and never make it RIGHT. Starbucks chain has gone downhill. I have ordered multiple times through DoorDash so I’m paying more than what the drink is cost all management can ever say is call DoorDash, but are they not aware every time you report an incident you no longer can get credit from DoorDash. First photo I asked for hot coffee again I am disappointed by receiving a cold coffee, second photo I asked for a white chocolate mocha what I received taste like a vanilla ice cream no chocolate and no caffeine it doesn’t look like what I’ve received as my usual . I have more photos of when I ordered with errors. I am just completely done with the West Salem either They’re too high or uneducated or not properly trained either way it’s management fault on how they handled the situation on poor training and delivery.

Employees are extremely rude, had a line forming and just kept talking. And finally once they stopped they were extremely rude to the customers. Definitely do not recommend.
Almost every single time I go to this location, the order is wrong. Either it’s a completely different order than my own or they’ve left out a main component of the item. Once or twice is one thing, but this happens way too many times.

Get my drink wrong in one way or another Everytime and today I ordered a peppermint mocha and they gave me an ollieoto (idk how to spell it) Instead. I realized it was wrong after I drank some of it and found out they made a completely different drink and I've been dying for Abt 7 hours now because drinking oil makes your insides a slip and slide.

We've been frustrated lately by the service, attitudes and atmosphere of this location for online and walk in orders. Wait times and cleanliness have also been an issue.
