This Starbucks is nice. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and they gave me a caramel cold brew instead so I asked them to make me a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and they said that I won't be charged extra
Every time I've been to this particular Starbucks I felt welcomed, and invited to grab a coffee and relax. The drinks, the food, and the staff are all exceptionally wonderful here. If you're in the neighborhood, or you've got to come a little ways to get to this location, I recommend it. You'll be glad to eat, drink, and be merry here all year round.
I've gone to many Starbucks in the past couple of years, and this one in West Salem is the friendliest and most accommodating. I like my Pink Drink in a particular way, and these sweet people always get it right. Other locations around Salem (and Oregon) ignore me as if I hadn't made a special request. It's off-putting. This location is friendly and so obliging, always happy and smiling, too!
