They made a really good coffee I asked them to make me something good that wasn’t too sweet and they did just that!!!

Inside safeway. Asked if they were still setving and guy said yes. Then asked me if i wanted a beverage and i say yes and if i could also pay for 3 items i was carrying. He said yes but then asked me if i wanted acold or hot beverage. I said hot and asked why. He said he was just about to clean up. In other words, it w too much trouble to serve me, even though he could've. He should've simy said im cleaning up right at the begging. Poor managerial oversight at this location. McDonalds or Dunkin or black rock will be my choice from here on out.

For a Safeway store its sad to see how Starbucks treats some of their custermer's (over charging, wrong change, rude,and just plain and service.) and $6.45 for a lrg white chocolate Mocha.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever!!I ordered 2 drinks 30 - 35 min ago & I'm STILL waiting for the drinks.

Was inside a Safeway and I thought it wouldn't be as busy, due to the other people in line and waiting, had to find a seat or place to wait that was out of the customer that had done shopping and leaving. Otherwise, awesome service.

Showed up tonight Friday Oct 22 at 6:35pm and drive thru was closed so we pulled around and doors are locked. Peoe are in the store but you can't get in. Web site shows open till 7:00 pm. I guess that's not true. Had to fi d a different one with just a few minutes before they closed and now we might be late to our 7 pm appointment
