Sometimes my order isn’t quite right but that happens at every sbux location sadly. The people here are friendly and the lines aren’t too bad outside of peak. Overall decent :)

I came in here, the lady was very rude to me. I asked her what sizes there were she said Small, Medium or large when i said medium the smallest drink there was. She didn’t even ask for my name? Which they normally do? She needs to get trained better.

Poor service, always make my wife's drinks wrong , have been their multiple times 5 mins prior to closing and their closed early

I normally don't leave reviews. And I'm a regular at this location. Usually in the mornings(super early). Today I had missing items and the manager on duty when i went back to get it fixed told the cashier to just do it, cuz I quote " she just doesn't care anymore"!. I work in customer service. Even if you really DON'T care you don't say that infront of the customers. Displeased.....

Walked in to grab a couple gift cards and pastries and was met at the counter by one of the rudest customer service workers I’ve ever come across. Lindsey was extremely rude and her customer service is skills need some work. Most of the workers here are pretty good with customer service and friendly but this girl is a definite red flag. I’ll stay with Dutch or just go to a diff Starbucks.
I hate that the workers aren't trained better. I ordered a sweetened passion tea.i was given a black tea. I asked them to remake my Passion tea . I was given some passion tea poured over black tea, lemonade and peach syrup. Their service has really declined over the last year. I went in the next morning hoping to have better service on a different shift. My light iced sweetened Passion tea had six inches of ice and was very diluted. I will not waste my money or time going to this establishment.
