I was just there this morning. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte. I got a small black coffee. Turned around and went to the walk up window and told them I had ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte and gotten a black coffee.Girls were non chalant and no big deal about it, smiling and I was given a small pumpkin spice latte. Terrible at taking orders, terrible customer service. Thankful there are other starbucks options on commercial. Paid for a larger drink than I was given and was late for work because I was given the wrong order initially and went back to get correct drink but was still given the wrong size. Is this how starbucks makes their money? I had given them a $2 tip. Not worth it at all.

I give this location 2 stars because of the service, I am a Starbucks regular and am very disappointed. I payed 5.25 for a venti Iced matcha latte w/ non fat milk and 3 extra matcha powder, I had waited 5 minutes for my drink and when I received it the cup was soaked and it was 3/4 ice. I was able to drink it in under 10 minutes. I will not buy from this location again, it was basically a scam weather intentional or not. If you want starbucks go somewhere else. Only giving four stars instead of five because I got the most delicious drink here one day that tasted like family Christmas in a cup and want to get it again and there was so writing on the cup or sticker. Just a plain cup. I forgot what I ordered too.

On two separate occasions after receiving my order of a grande iced shaken espresso, there is always a lingering taste of raspberry syrup in my drink. This makes it very unpalatable. I’ve concluded it’s the stores problem, as I will drive a ways up the road to Keizer and order from their store and it tastes like it should: An iced espresso with milk And three pumps of syrup without a hint of raspberry.I understand mistakes happen and I don’t mean to publicly bring this up, but I haven’t found a way to report to the manager online that this has been taking place.

I love the coffee. That's why I keep coming back. I just don't like that when I order. My cup is only 3/4 full all the time. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I pay 6 bucks for a less than full cup of coffee.
DO NOT ORDER INSIDEThey prioritize drive thru and mobile orders. Ordered 1 mocha and it took 11 minutes in an empty location. Watched all the cars sitting in the drive thru when I pulled in get served and go, mobile orders come and go and then FINALLY I see my sticker reached for, stuck to a cup and made...11 minutes after I ordered. It wasn't made correctly either but I was already late to pick someone up so I wasn't gonna ask for it made correctly after waiting that long for the wrong thing anyway. Happy Sunday?

Worst mocha I've ever had. Had no coffee or milk in it. Just water and a little chocolate. I asked for a mocha. Nothing special, not skinny or low fat. I was looking forward to a regular $5 mocha. Never going back again.

Stopped in the drive thru enroute home - simple order 2 drinks - nothing fancy. Venti Mocha - Grande Americano with 1 sugar and cream. Received a Grande Mocha and a Venti Americano - no sugar no cream - On the receipt it read correct, marked on the cups was correct...... returned inside to listen to a snappy barista explain that she didn't take the order - she just fulfilled the order - to which I pointed out the labeling on each cup.... and she just huffed and walked away. Poorest service, and attitude I've ever seen - thankfully there was a Dutch Bros just down the road who could get the simple order correct......without the attitude.
