Worst subway in the Salem area. Received my mobile order today.. I got half the amount of meat, cheese, and vegetables that are normally on it when I go in, in person. This is not a cheap item either. I pay over $10 for this wrap. And should measure up to a foot long in the amount of meat and items that go into it. Super disappointed and will not be spending my money here anymore. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS. A WRAP IS EQUAL TO A FOOTLONG.

So what’s the point of a coupon if I can’t use it? Lady at the counter who I assume is the owner, said u couldn’t use my coupon for the American club “because it’s a series sandwich” and that’s 100% NOT what the coupon says is excluded. I assume her husband works with her and they appear to be a Hindu couple, she had some weird attitude about her. I 100% believe this was a jab at being as stingy as possible, makes 0 sense. Just don’t accept coupons then.

This was my first time at this location and MY LAST! The workers seem upset to be working, they were giving attitude when I was ordering, like they wanted to leave. I ordered two subs and asked for them to be toasted but they weren’t and the bread was super flat and looked undercooked! When I ask for a cup for my sweet tea I had bought they were upset and hesitant to give me a cup…I just wanted to use it to put my tea in! I wouldn’t recommend this place…the food was cold and they were stingy with the toppings, and had horrible customer service!

So it's been a very long time since I last ate at Subway, and today I refreshed my memory as to why it's been so long, $13 for a footling sandwich with TWO very thin pieces of turkey and TWO equally thin pieces of ham, that's it four pathetically thin pieces of meat, the sandwich is basically bread with some condiments and veggies, you can't taste the meat at all, it's as if the meat isn't there. I feel completely ripped off, not disappointed, RIPPED OFF I will NEVER again eat at Subway

Haven't even taken a bite of my food yet and I already know that it will be good. The old man working there was extremely kind and professional. I did not get his name and I wish I did. He is an older man with glasses and came off as Italian. The woman he was working with, seemed like she was zonked out on drugs. To be able to still be professional and kind while working with a coworker like that says alot. Props to you my friend because you are doing an amazing job and made subway feel like it used to feel. It gave old deli vibes. I will be back soon to make sure I mention your name.

I stopped in to pick up my sandwich that I ordered online through the order app and was told they never received my order.I showed them on my phone through the subway app that I had placed the order and I was built.I showed them through my bank that I was built, but because it didn't show up on their app, they would not make the assemblage, and they would not refund my money and they treated me very poorly disrespectful.And I will never eat at that location again.I hope you guys don't have a great day

To start off: Wow just wow. Went in today and was immediately greeted, very friendly. The service was amazing and so was the sandwich. The sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. It was toasted to perfection and loaded just how I like it. It was so good I had to ask the nice woman who helped me for her name. So, thank you Jersey! Best sandwich ever. I will be coming back when she is on the clock.

Zacchaeus and Brannigan Deeds

Unfortunately Subway will send out coupons and this location changes the rules, this is the second time this has happened at this location. Today it was a 2/$12.99 coupon (excluding 5 sandwiches).
The sandwich artist said it excludes all the sandwiches except for the build your own, or I can pay extra to get a signature sandwich. This is the second time we’ve had this happen so we go 5 minutes up the road on Hawthorne where they honor the coupons they send out.
Hope this get fixed by the franchise owner. I’m sure the sandwiches taste good, but on principle and assuming they’ve cheated a lot of people out of money, in this economy I’m giving it a 1 star. Please do better ??
