Haven't even taken a bite of my food yet and I already know that it will be good. The old man working there was extremely kind and professional. I did not get his name and I wish I did. He is an older man with glasses and came off as Italian. The woman he was working with, seemed like she was zonked out on drugs. To be able to still be professional and kind while working with a coworker like that says alot. Props to you my friend because you are doing an amazing job and made subway feel like it used to feel. It gave old deli vibes. I will be back soon to make sure I mention your name.

I stopped in to pick up my sandwich that I ordered online through the order app and was told they never received my order.I showed them on my phone through the subway app that I had placed the order and I was built.I showed them through my bank that I was built, but because it didn't show up on their app, they would not make the assemblage, and they would not refund my money and they treated me very poorly disrespectful.And I will never eat at that location again.I hope you guys don't have a great day

To start off: Wow just wow. Went in today and was immediately greeted, very friendly. The service was amazing and so was the sandwich. The sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. It was toasted to perfection and loaded just how I like it. It was so good I had to ask the nice woman who helped me for her name. So, thank you Jersey! Best sandwich ever. I will be coming back when she is on the clock.

Unfortunately Subway will send out coupons and this location changes the rules, this is the second time this has happened at this location. Today it was a 2/$12.99 coupon (excluding 5 sandwiches).
The sandwich artist said it excludes all the sandwiches except for the build your own, or I can pay extra to get a signature sandwich. This is the second time we’ve had this happen so we go 5 minutes up the road on Hawthorne where they honor the coupons they send out.
Hope this get fixed by the franchise owner. I’m sure the sandwiches taste good, but on principle and assuming they’ve cheated a lot of people out of money, in this economy I’m giving it a 1 star. Please do better ??

Yes, the place was clean, perhaps since not many customers stay or come in.Family there Friday night, had to order online to get the b1g1 footling. Manager(?) not happy when we stayed and did our ordering. Took a bit of time ... Didn't like anyone watching as he made the sandwiches, asked for a bit more olives and added one slice. That is part of the fun at subway your way!! Then watched us the entire time as we ate, and got morewater.Will not return here, drive a bit more to a happier fun location ...This is not our 1st time here ..Somber lady during the day ..

This location does not honor the subway coupons. The coupons are very clear about exclusions, but this location adds additional exclusions going against the clear and specific language listed. They referred to a homemade printed sign and refused to acknowledge what subway intended.

Had a hard day today , decided to get some subway instead of cooking , my daughter fell asleep on my way there as she hadn’t taken a nap and had been fussy. Politely asked if they can bring my food out to my car “no” was their response . No explanation or “I’m sorry“ we can’t Poor customer

I was in there 3 weeks ago and used my 3 for 17.99 coupon. I got 2 all Americans and one ultimate BMT. The service was great the food was super yummy. I came in today to do the exact same thing and was told I could only pick from like 4 sandwiches. I told her the coupon says which ones you can't get and I'd been in a few weeks ago. She just said the owners can do what they want you'll need to try a different Subway then. I said ok and went to the one on Hawthorne. The service was excellent and they took the coupon without pushback.

I have seen a lot of really dirty Subway's lately, and was pleasantly surprised with how clean the restaurant was, and how fresh the food was. Sandwich was good, customer service was great.
