This location does not honor the subway coupons. The coupons are very clear about exclusions, but this location adds additional exclusions going against the clear and specific language listed. They referred to a homemade printed sign and refused to acknowledge what subway intended.

I was in there 3 weeks ago and used my 3 for 17.99 coupon. I got 2 all Americans and one ultimate BMT. The service was great the food was super yummy. I came in today to do the exact same thing and was told I could only pick from like 4 sandwiches. I told her the coupon says which ones you can't get and I'd been in a few weeks ago. She just said the owners can do what they want you'll need to try a different Subway then. I said ok and went to the one on Hawthorne. The service was excellent and they took the coupon without pushback.

Make sure to double check the price on sandwiches. They won’t be upfront with you that they will charge more money than what the sandwich costs because they don’t have a button for it. Charged me $5 dollars for meat that already comes with the sandwich. They’re never ever upfront with anything. Nickel and dime everyone.Not too long ago came in with a coupon for 2 for $12.99 and they didn’t want to give it to me because one of the sandwiches costs $10. But no where on the coupon does it say that it was an exclusion. Only exclusions were the Cali Subs and the Flatbread. Used the coupon many times but it’s this location that just doesn’t want to play fair. It’s a pandemic and many are hurting for money but lying and scamming customers for money is ridiculous.

Horrible restaurant owner. The app was at fault first time placing order saying it did not go through so when I re did my order the app went threw and sent it to a different location. Got an email saying my order was ready at center st. Now I have two orders waiting I decided to cancel this one on center at trying to explain to Pravin what happened and she was not letting me talk and said next time don’t waste food and order right and hung up on me. I still have not received my money back from her she’s the owner. I hate awaiting food if she would have just let me talk I would have picked up my order and given it away. I went down to the restaurant and she told me that it is not her problem about my money that I need to contact my bank.
