Cleanest and best maintained subway I’ve ever been to and best customer service, shout out to the latina girl with red hair working in the morning. Best customer service very professional and positive. Every meat and veggie was fresh.

There is fruit flies everywhere and the people working aren’t closing the glass cases so there not keeping them out all bad they are usually better then this idk what’s going on in

The service was alright, the food was good, what really bothered me was the thousands of fruit flies or nats that was flying around us as we tried to eat.The garbage by the drink machine had 2 cups of what I would assume was vinegar to help attract them to the area. The lids for the drinks were covered hard to get a drink without getting one in on or near my cup.After only a few minutes of attempting to eat, we wrapped our sandwiches and decided to eat at home.This is not a place I would want to eat at again any time soon.

Watched 2 people come in at 9:44pm 9/15/2023 the workers refused to come to the front and acknowledge the customers who where waiting. One then hollered towards the back to see if any workers were present and a male worker responded from the kitchen saying that he could not help with no other explanation. Don't understand why there couldn't help when they close at 11pm. Both customers then left. There needs to be better customer service....

Young lady working there appeared to have a bad attitude. I got strong impression she was just there for paycheck, but lacked customer service skills.That used to be a good Subway a year or so ago.Please hire people that dont have bad attitudes

Flies on the food, there we flies in the food case not one but several, the employee was leaving the case open, I pointed it out but she didn't seem to care, I still got a cookie, but I don't trust the unsanitary condition of this Wal-Mart subway.

Does anyone actually work at this Subway? We waited and waited and never saw an employee despite the restaurant appearing to be open. I even tried calling while standing in the lobby. No one answered and no one ever came to take our order. We finally left. Very dissatisfied customer! Negative 5 stars!

Thumbs down I asked for a veggie with no cheese because I eat a plant based diet. The employee, I believe his name was corey, was grabbing handfuls of meat and then went right over to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to change his gloves. I'm pretty sure it's policy that they change their gloves after touching all of the bins and what not. Then he proceeded to just pile up what I asked for in the middle of the sandwich. I had to ask him to spread everything out over the entirety of the sandwich. No smile, no welcome in. All I'm gonna say is, if you're going to work at subway you should try to be the best damn sandwich maker you can be. The effort was poor and the customer service was even worse. They've successfully lost my business.

Worst subway I have ever dealt with. They like to steal your money. Unfortunately when I order through the app it goes to this Subway. I always have something wrong like I order extra cheese or add bacon and never get it. I ask for them to cook the meat if I get a wrap and they don’t or they don’t cut it in half. They don’t like to toast sandwiches either. More then half the time they don’t put sauce on the sandwich. I wish I could weed them out on the app. They desperately need new management and or more training. Don’t even get me started on their customer service because that’s bad too.
