They waited until we were almost done ordering to tell us they needed exact change. Tweeker looking dude with the face tat acted all weird and hardly put any veggies on my sub to begin with, so we left. Worst subway I've ever been to.

I've worked at a subway before so I know this is just laziness. If I'm paying almost 3$ for a soup atleast fill it up majority of the way... upset I tipped the lady working when she skimped. Wack.

Doesn’t let you get extra lettuce!?
I even asked to pay extra as a side and refused to give extra lettuce.
Also huge line and was making the new employee do all the work while she was off to the side not even working

I’m sorry but I worked at subway before and this was something else… I understand watching portions but I ordered a veggie sandwich and barely got anything on it… I asked for extra because they barely put anything in it and they said they couldn’t… I wasn’t getting a meat sandwich where it wouldn’t matter too much but a literal veggie sandwich that’s only veggies… it’s not worth the money to get a veggie sandwich with barely any veggies… I could see the bread through everything when they finished making my sandwich. Its also way different with every subway… and it’s not that I’m going to a different owner it’s the same one that is inconsistent.. I even came to this very store and the other people did it right and put what should be the correct amount on my veggie sandwich… I’m not trying to be a Karen but it’s not worth it. Customer satisfaction comes first and there’s gonna be a loss of customers if the work is inconsistent and not to the proper standards… and it’s not that I was asking for a heaping amount for extra but a tiny little three finger pinch so it wasn’t so empty :/… I understand all subways are different but come on…not in anyway did they workers try to help fix the situation either which made it even more upsetting..

The workers and manager Shantel I saw cuss out a customer and were so unprofessional when the customer was in the right. Fix your water dispenser. This place is a joke so are the workers.

My food was well done but the guy and the 2 girls that were working seems mad for some reason and they were rude at us, I payed for my sandwiches and the guy that was prepping them just left them on the counter and left and the girl that was cashing me out left as well and my 3 foot long sandwiches just sitting on the counter, really bad costumer service!!

Be careful using the SUBWAY app, the wife & I ordered through the app well we got home & realized they made it wrong sooo my wife went to talk to the manager there she told my wife that she had to go online to do it & told my wife that she didn't know how to use the app & being a manager you should know how to use it .... clearly the staff there can not read & my wife sent them an e-mail & there reply to her was I'm sorry for your experience & there is nothing they can do about it so we will not be going back there & I suggest finding another sub shop like jimmy John's... the sub shop ... the firehouse etc . .... poor customer service
I’ve worked here for months, DONT eat here. The work environment is stressful, had to close a lot by myself. Place was always unkept and disgusting (black mold under proofer that I had to clean) dirty bread cabinets and little bug friends :)

First as I'm walking up 2 employees sitting on the curb in grimy of H& R Block smoking. Cool whatever. I walk in and another customer behind me. Then the employees walk in. Didn't wash her hands. I usually say something but I'm in a rush, she puts gloves on. Ok. I order, tell her what I want on each sandwich. She rings me up, hey in the cat lol I'm the bag and one sandwich is falling out the wrap. Get home and the bread is hardand crust. I didn't get it toasted. Then there's only 4 bacon pieces in my BLT footlong. This location looks nice but isn't worth it. Thankfully I used a coupon lol hope my husband's sandwich was good.

When I walked in I was greeted with what do you want and when I asked the server to wash his hands before he made my food after taking out the garbage he did not use soap. Also it takes more than 5 Seconds to wash your hands FYI
