I got my sandwich and they forgot my meatballs and the olives were gray and tasted yucky and the meat was also veryyyy yucky and I was only able to eat the bread cuz it was the only good thing and then I got food poisoning after from it never again do better

We stop here a couple times a week on my way to work overnights. The staff know my daughter and they know her sandwich by heart and she thinks that's pretty cool! Food is always perfect and the people are amazing!

There were three ladies working up front during lunch hours today when I arrived (07/29). They were friendly, fast and efficient. The store was clean and the food fresh and well stocked. My sandwiches were great, as usual. I live a few blocks away and have been here a handful of times and have never had a problem with my order. I’ve also used the drive thru twice and had a pleasant experience.

This is the second consecutive order I have placed through the app that was not made correctly at this location. Bread type on 2 sandwiches were wrong, another didn't receive its extra olives (I guess 5 total olives is considered 'extra'). I will not be returning to this location since clearly the employees can't be bothered to correctly read & make the sandwiches as listed on the order. Last time I didn't request a refund or remake as I was hoping the issue would just be fixed, that training would be done. Clearly, nothing was done. Will be requesting a refund this time.
I ordered food! I came in as brand new employee is making my sandwiches I watch her struggle and not get mayo out of container and put it back, i asked if she got mayo on it? knowing she didn’t get any out of container! she lies and says yes then asked again right in front of trainer and again she said yes!!! which was again lying!!! I get home no mayo on my sandwich. look I’m a adult I can put mayo on my sandwich but really why lie when I watched you not do it and your new and you don’t ask for help when out of product. That’s not good work ethic

Lettuce was disgusting, entire sandwich including the bread was about 1 inch thick. Don't waste your time or money! I used to love Subway, but things have evidently changed. Very disappointed, won't be going back.

This is the 2nd time now that the bread for the sandwich is not what I asked for. I asked for Italian herb and got White bread. Would complain but it's the 2nd time. Hopefully they will eventually get it right. Went through drive through and didn't know until I got home.

Got a foot long ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard. There were only 4 slices of ham about a 1/4 cup of lettuce and I couldn't even tell there was mayo and mustard on the sandwich. I usually like subway but was VERY, VERY disappointed.
