Got a turkey cheese lettuce and pickles no sauces. Got ten pieces of lettuce next to no turkey the bread looked like it was stepped on.

Ordered online and picked up. Should have stayed there to eat as they forgot our olives in both my order and my daughter's.

Update: After reading the reviews, I have decided that what happened to us is very common at this location. And even though I said that they forgot to put the olives on both our sandwiches (different sandwiches) The owner responds to the 4 stars and not to the problem. Get better help!

I just wanted to comment on my visit to Subway on Liberty in Salem. My grandson and I went there on Sunday. The lady working was awesome. She was kind and patient as we ordered. There appeared to be a new person working and she was also kind and patient as she help her learn her job. The food was excellent and the place was so clean. We had a wonderful lunch for my grandson birthday. Just wanted to thank her for her kindness and I'm waiting to see who I will pay it forward to. Thank you!

Everytime I go n there it's always the same girl working. I wish I would've got her name, bcuz she is probably the worst sandwich maker I have ever seen. For numerous reasons. I worked at subway yrs ago for 5 yrs. She never seems like she wants to be there, she doesn't take her time/always n a hurry it seems like. Most recent visit I had asked for honey mustard and she didn't have any up front when I asked for h.m I said just 2 stripes 1 on each side. When she came back she put SOOOOO much on there, like how'd she forget from there to grab it and back again??? I even said whoa, that's way too much!! And she just looked at me with the look of...yeah AND?? At 10$ for a flipn tuna that's out of control for sure, as well as the unhappy sandwich artist u have there. She was wearing a headband with subway on it

I love Subway
But this particular drive-through every time I’ve been through it never fails. My order has always wrong.
Sometimes it’s like pulling teeth when you’re ordering
And then when you go and get your food, it’s always wrong every time

I would give zero if possible. I've lived here longer than this place existed, and I've given it way more chances and I'd like to admit… If you don't mind spending an hour waiting for your food or to get service then go for it -otherwise...HORRIBLE

Woman has no business servicing people. Rude, didn’t acknowledge us. Sandwich looked tossed together. I asked for extra lettuce. I got 3 PIECES lettuce total. I asked for extra tomatoes and had 2 slices 3 pickles. 2 onion slices. Well my son just opened his foot long. It’s worse than the 6 inch. I get inflation but this is ridiculous. Do better. I usually go to the one off Fairview but they had already closed. They are amazing and we have never gotten a bad sandwich there. Maybe take notes.

I remember the days when Subway was all about health food.... I think it's funny that you can get a footlong nacho there now.... 😂..... Honestly, for what it is, Subway is a great place and I enjoy their sandwiches and we eat there often. This location is solid most of the time. One opportunity that they have is the drive-thru often does not get services as quickly as locking in which is kind of funny because those in the drive-thru are obviously in a bigger hurry than anyone else, but I have found that. Oftentimes if you walk in and there's a car in the Drive-Thru you'll get served quicker in the lobby and before that person has their order taken in the drive-thru..... I still do find that a little strange.... And it's not always the case but I've seen it happen more than once here.

Not a fan of the low quality American cheese. I think overall the franchise could do so much better if they got better quality cheese.

Let's be honest though, it's cheaper than Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's and so you get what you pay for.

Reasonably healthy, fast, affordable sandwiches.

Unfortunately, I just went through the drive-thru today and I was completely ignored. I waited for about 5 minutes saying “hello” into the speaker and I got no response at all. I then drove through and I could see someone was in the back on their phone. The open sign was on and it’s clearly within open hours so this was pretty disappointing.

Horrible service! As soon as I walked in I said Hi to the girl there (Katie) and she didn’t even bother to look at me, proceeded to order. When she was adding the sauces I asked for creamy sriracha and she added chipotle sauce so I asked her if that was creamy sriracha I thought maybe it was in the wrong container she didn’t say yes or no and just procedes to put the sriracha over the chipotle. She didn’t apologize or offered to correct her mistake. I feel so stupid while typing this because I should’ve said something right there and then but I didn’t know how she would react, and I’m not used to be treated that way.

Yasmin, the team lead was very professional, courteous and welcoming. She always goes above and beyond. Despite the high turnover of employees, she is always attentive and portrays stellar service. I have a special needs client, and she always welcomes them when we come in and knows what he's looking for. Give her a raise. Good day!
