I just wanted to comment on my visit to Subway on Liberty in Salem. My grandson and I went there on Sunday. The lady working was awesome. She was kind and patient as we ordered. There appeared to be a new person working and she was also kind and patient as she help her learn her job. The food was excellent and the place was so clean. We had a wonderful lunch for my grandson birthday. Just wanted to thank her for her kindness and I'm waiting to see who I will pay it forward...

But this particular drive-through every time I’ve been through it never fails. My order has always wrong.

Update: After reading the reviews, I have decided that what happened to us is very common at this location. And even though I said that they forgot to put the olives on both our sandwiches (different sandwiches) The owner responds to the 4 stars and not to the problem. Get better help!
