My daughter and I swing in for sandwiches often on my way to work nights. The employees here are amazing and friendly and always make our stop fun and enjoyable. My daughter is picky and will always ask for "half this" or "double that" and they give her exactly what she wants every time. This location is our favorite and the staff are the best in Salem. We love you guys!! ❤️

They seem to have good workers here. But they only always have one worker and it's the longest way at any Subway I've ever been to. If you go here and plan on waiting 30 plus minutes for one sandwich

I online ordered sweet onion, chicken sub foot-long the chicken was still frozen and cold. It wasn’t toasted as I asked. I didn’t get extra sweet onion sauce or any at all in my sandwich. The mail and it was supposed to come with chips didn’t get those. I even tipped $10 I feel people need to be appreciated, but then these people can’t even do their job right it was on Broadway 1127 Broadway Northeast in Salem Oregon. I picked up my sandwich thinking everything was in gear. I had to be at work so I’m here at work now. Can’t take it back. I feel super disappointed in the store and the people that are working in the store , no morals at all Christina

Rude comment from staff for showing up a couple mins early for my online order. I didn’t realize the time changed from when I went to check out originally said 4:10 and then went to 4:20
Either way not a good feeling to have staff be annoyed and not even greet you. On top of that I walk back in once I see on the app it’s ready.. it’s barely getting started.

Fast, efficient service. Only a lone worker as far as I could tell, but they were very efficient and had the sandwich artistry honed to a very fine point. Highly recommend this place. I was there 27 Aug., just before closing
